I find the quality of the coffee to have gone downhill fast since they opened. I used to enjoy spending money here but the final result is in the hands of the particular barista you have serving you. I can’t stand that they won’t let you put in your own sweetener or cream because they always overdo it. Just put it in a little metal pitcher so that customers can add it themselves, the germ risk is theirs. My latest visit was so ridiculous that I’m not sure I’ll be back. A server spent 10-15 mins on one order that seemed to have two orders of food and two coffees. He completely ignored everyone waiting in line and did not bother to say “sorry for the wait, be right with you”. Two people in front of me left while I waited. In the end the coffee was rushed and it lacked flavour. I got the doctor which is meant to be their speciality. I’ve had it many times before but this time it was lame. They need to have two workers at all times. Not fair to the workers or customers. No one wants to spend 15 mins of their day waiting when they are just grabbing a coffee to go.
