McDonald's — Restaurant in Guelph

My experience at this Mcdonald's was excellent I ordered and was served with a friendly face. To be honest I am writing this review to spite/offset Kimmie Short's 1-star review as her review is 100% unwarranted. Here's the story, I was in line at the time of Kimmie Short's big order on November 13th, 2020. I don't know what she ordered but judging on the size of the bags and amount of bags she got it was pretty hefty and not an order that a smaller size kitchen is equipped to handle when put on the spot. According to Kimmie's review, the manager at the time Stephanie "rudely told I should have called ahead". This is 100% inaccurate. Stephanie and the crew working took that order like champions in my honest opinion and yes it was an order that would have set off fast food staff working typically but not this crew. Was in yesterday for a quick stop on my way through town. Service was incredibly slow, though I don't know if this is the staffs fault as it seemed like there were only maybe 3 people working (over lunch? what are you thinking?). Food was fine - it's McDonalds. The drinks/condiments station was incredibly dirty and no serviettes available at all. When I asked if I could have some they said they would refill the serviettes in a minute, and no one ever did. Tables were ALL very, very dirty. I had to wipe ours down with wet wipes, and did so again when I left in order to leave at least one table clean for the next person. Look - I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant. I don't particularly care how friendly staff is (they were lovely) even, but I DO expect it to be regularly cleaned and for necessary items like serviettes be accessible. Went to this McDonalds to try the new Reese’s Chipit McFlurry and was disappointed heavily. When I got to the counter to order the employee, a darker Indian man, was just standing there in the back FaceTiming was seemed to be his wife or significant other, I waited for around a minute then he realized I was standing there and rushed over to take my order, I ordered the McFlurry and he walked over then and made it, keep in mind he was just using his phone and didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves, so I got all those germs in my food so thanks, he made it quick and then gave me that abomination, photo attached above, I was disgusted by the fact he didn’t wash his hands and how it looked so I did what anyone would have done seeing the situation and threw it out, I don’t recommend this McDonald’s location as it just straight up gross, if I had the option I would give it 0...
