This is an edited review from my six visits here. Moved it from 3-stars to 4-stars.
They always play the music too loud despite so many patrons requesting for lower volume every time I visit. You'd think they'd get it by now what volume is too loud for most customers. Note to owner/manager: The music should be 'background music' volume, not pub-volume. People want to talk, to listen, make and take phone calls.
Service can be good if it's not too busy here. Otherwise, be VERY patient for service to arrive at your table. Darker coloured furniture but fortunately this location has lots of windows so it was not OK. The seating was comfortable and the place was clean. Having lots of parking space was a real bonus.
This location is also close to many other stores like Canadian Tire, Walmart, Home Depot.
I had an original 3-star rating because I arrived one morning at 8.36am for the Express special, but was able to place an order only at 8.57am. This was despite asking for 'quick service' and telling the server I was ready to order the Express.
When the bill came, the server charged me full price and said I ordered after 9am. The server 'argued' but he eventually relented when he knew I was not going to relent. It was not pleasant having a server trying to give me a lecture when it was their fault.
They have also toned down the music volume from the jarring loud pub-like volume. I hope they keep it this way so we can talk and make phone calls in the restaurant.
The level of service and your experience depends on which staff are working that morning. Two of the more pleasant ones who also work hard are Morgan and Erin.
Most of the staff here tend to 'process' visitors. It would help them greatly to be more personable. Just relax, enjoy your customers and they might enjoy your company and...

We were seated quickly, provided drinks quickly, however, we waited a very long time to get our meals, so long that the waitress brought our bill over assuming we had already eaten everything and was profusely apologetic at the fact nothing had come out yet.
The food was average breakfast fare. However the home fries were not enjoyable. Waffles, eggs, fruit, pancakes, meats, toast, we're all on par, but the home fries were not.
I'd return for waffles or pancakes. Fair pricing, you get what you pay for.
August 2019 Update Frequented with the children; much better experience, timing of food was appropriate, and they have sorted out their home fries; much better. Pop is done by the can and $2/can which is odd and expensive.
November 2023 Update Frequented as a couple for Brunch, worst experience ever. Tracey our waitress was amazing as always. She did the best she could with what she had. What she didn't have was, organized staff, food consistency, or food quality. We will not return, food quality too poor, gluten free pancake had been frozen and reheated. They made us a new one which had a completely different texture. The eggs, meats and homefries were as usual, however the organization of staff was not. We had another tables food, brought to our table, then left for 5 minutes, we realized immediately but after the waitress had left and then taken to the original table and SERVED!! Excuses were that it was her first day.

Read moreI’ve been to 3 stacked locations. This one is the only one that I’ve had a bad experience at. Cleanliness 0/5. The table was very dirty and seats were full of crumbs. My gf had left over food on her wrapped cutlery.
Customer service 1/5. We politely asked for a replacement knife which was clearly an inconvenience for our server. Everyone has a bad day so I totally understand if that’s what was happening. But it is what it is and we got bad service so it’s necessary to state. After ordering our food we had 3 coffee refills by very nice women. People around us that sat after us seemed to be getting our food. My gf tried to get our servers attention after neglecting us for 40 minutes to which she gave eye contact back and went towards the kitchens instead- we of course now realized she had forgotten to place our order. Food 1/5. The requested over medium egg was clearly raw and inedible as it was most likely rushed. Toast wasn’t toasted at all which tells us they indeed forgot to make our food and tried to get it out as fast as possible. When we did ask for the one egg to be deducted because of it being inedible she seemed very aggravated even though it was visibly so and took my gfs plate away with her utensils as well- which she needed to eat the pancakes I had bought for us to share.
