Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Guelph

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent changes in pricing and portion sizes following the transition to new ownership. As a regular customer who has always enjoyed the superb quality of Sharma's portion, I was dismayed to find that not only have prices increased, but the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. The portion I received during my recent order was significantly smaller than what I have come to expect from Sharma's, despite paying a higher price. This change has left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the value I am receiving for my money. I understand that changes may occur with new ownership, but I urge you to reconsider these adjustments. Maintaining fair pricing and consistent portion sizes is crucial for customer satisfaction and loyalty. As someone who has always appreciated the excellence of Sharma's cuisine, I hope that these concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly. This location is taking too long to "get it together". I'm a huge fan of Osmow's and was very excited about this location opening (close to home). I've visited this store about a dozen times, but unfortunately they are consistently making errors. They seem very scattered, rushed and unorganized behind the counter. I've been missing food and I've also had more food in the bag than what I ordered! I have to watch like a hawk now. I would rather you take an extra 30 seconds and make sure my order is correct. Don't worry about that Skip or Uber driver pushing thier way through the line... My order is just as important and nets you more $$. These delivery drivers are definitely put on priority... It's very obvious.

Don't cheap out on the garlic sauce. If I'm willing to pay for extra, give me extra. This is by far the worst location for this. Even your extra small side cups are half filled. It makes you look cheap.

The service/ cleanliness in this place was brutal. First off, instead of helping customers. One of the employees spent 5-10mins picking his nose infront of everyone and proceeded to not wash his hands. On top of this, he began handling the food. One of the other workers, she was packing my chicken on the rocks dish. Instead of scooping the chicken out of the warmer - she started by picking up pieces along the counter top with her fingers and throwing it into my takeout box (ew). Who knows how long the chicken was on the counter for or if she had dirty fingers? Maybe clean your station by throwing stuff into the garbage and not your customers food!!! Not to mention by the time I recieved the food after watching all of this, it was cold. For sure never coming back here. All I could think about was the possible food poisoning/ illness I may get if I finished my food. Sadly, threw it out after...
