Shaine works at the Tim Hortons on Silvercreek and Speedvale, and her behavior has made a negative impact on many customers, particularly those from the Black community. Numerous visits have revealed her consistent use of disrespectful language and a dismissive attitude toward people of African descent. This pattern of racism not only creates an uncomfortable atmosphere but also reflects a broader issue of intolerance that can be detrimental to community cohesion.
Experiencing such disrespect can be disheartening, especially in a public space where everyone deserves to feel welcome and valued. Many patrons appreciate Tim Hortons for its sense of community and inclusivity, making Shaine's behavior all the more troubling. Itās essential for businesses to foster an environment free from discrimination and hostility.
After repeated encounters with Shaine, itās understandable that youāve chosen to stop visiting that location. Supporting establishments that prioritize respect and inclusivity is crucial for promoting a positive community. Addressing such behavior through feedback to management or choosing alternative locations can help encourage change. Ultimately, every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of their background. Itās vital to advocate for a more respectful and accepting environment for everyone. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt This Tim Hortons location the staff is TERRIBLE. EVERY SINGLE time I've been here they screw up my order completely. Today I ordered 2 hot beverages and they messed both of those up, and i order 3 breakfast sandwiches and they messed those up too. They only thing that might have passed for ok was the 2 hash browns but those were also not fresh at all and tasted like they've been sitting there for hours on hours.. It's really frustrating when you go in and timmies promises to serve their customers with top quality service but you hire people who really don't ever listen to you or complete your orders correctly. I was in a rush and didn't have time to fix it but from my view if Tim Hortons wants to charge the prices they do maybe they should not mess up the orders so badly. I guess I would expect a change but what can I say, Tim Hortons is known for messing up their orders to customers. Oh and "Always Fresh" is a BS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs a Tim hortons employee in another location I can tell you that the staff is poorly trained and are struggling as only 1-3 people are actually there at a time. Their bagels and other food items are awful, their toaster doesn't seem to work as my bagel tastes like it was toasted hours earlier and they just slathered cream cheese on them(quite cold and lightly toasted) , and their food tastes very old as though they dont change it. It isn't their fault and I am not hating, I am just saying they need some help. I asked for a mocha ice coffee and they tell me they don't sell that when they have chocolate syrup right behind them.......I didn't want to argue so I got it with chocolate milkššš. These employees are uneducated and struggling, just trying to be a helping hand. You should also consider espresso at your location because lots of people...
