Went here yesterday with my parents for breakfast while I was down visiting, and we enjoyed our visit. The food was decent, about what one might expect for a diner style breakfast, no complaints. The service however was excellent! Our server Sierra was very good at her job, and we told her as much. She explained she was somewhat new to the role, which actually made it that much better imho. As a veteran of the customer service industry, having worked in 4 and 5 star venues, restaurants and hotels, I must say Sierra really is off to a great start! She removed refuse as it presented itself (little creamer cups and whatnot), topped up coffee often enough, and even asked how the food was at an appropriate time (mouths NOT filled so we can do more than nod). She was nice to interact with from start to finish, as she brought a pleasant attitude with her each time she returned. Thank you again Sierra, keep up the good work. We will return here, as this was refreshing compared to so many other places I have been. These days it seems quality customer service is quickly becoming more rare, which really makes businesses that have it really worth patronizing.
