I give this location a three star as very regular client of this location who is ordering atlest once a week and often times twice a week and I've only had this issue twice but again today I order a pizza that is topped half with bacon and the other half only the veggies well today something told me to check the pizza before leavening and so I did and I'm glad I did because out of a eight slice large pizza only two of the slices had no bacon on it. This as a person who chooses not to eat red meat is a bit of a deal so of course they offer to remake it after already waiting 17 mins for them to make the first and I'm ok with that so I wait and I also ask them while I'm waiting I'll order a small garlic fingers so they ring me in for the garlic fingers and I call my partner not even three mins after finding out they made the error and slapped my pizza together just to let him know i now have to wait for a corrected pizza order and he says to me well you should ask if they would like to sell the pizza at a discounted price so I ask and the lady say "no sorry the pizza is to far back" looking back at her co-workers eating the pizza and I mean there was atlest six workers there all around the pizza box out on the back wall of the open kitchen I hope as the owners and managers of this establishment realize that the offer to have it at a discounted price should of been made by the staff and when asked not even three mins later the staff are all openly eating the pizza/unpaid merchandise where as if they had offers it to me for 6.50 in stead of the 11.99 they would of made atlest some money but now you have full staf and I had to wait in your establishment over 40 mins my order to watch them chow down on it.
Again as a very regular maybe to regular client this is the third time this has happened to me regarding the lack of understanding half and half and the turning point tonight was three mins later when asked about a composition after allready adding a garlic fingers and asking to receive a discount on the pizza that was made improper for a decent discount I couldn't because your staff what out in the open...

My wife and I placed an order last night, and when we went and picked it up we required our receipt. A delivery driver rang us up, we paid via debit and as payment was processing he just vanished. We needed the receipt and forgot that we needed an extra dipping sauce so we called over the girl with glasses who ignored us and just stood there on her phone. The entire time we were trying to get her attention we could hear the alarm for online orders and she didn't respond to anything, she just sat there on her phone ignorantly ignoring us and other orders. This is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or even 4th time this has happened. Every time she is working and we go there this is the case, keep in mind we go there frequently as we really appreciate two of gentleman that usually serve us, one being Lloyd and I can't recall the other man's name. This girl needs to be fired and made an example of. They REALLY need to implement a policy that avoids they employees from using phones while working. Are they being paid to sit on there phones or to actually work. We refuse to tip there anymore as it is usually the worst customer service experience EVER!

Read moreEver since this location has opened every time I have ordered I have waited close to an hour (45+mins). They gave me a credit because I called and told them A) the pizza was cold and B) they didn't sauce my wings. I ordered my "replacement" pizza a week later on heritage day. 54 minutes later it arrives. Cold.
I call them again.
This time the girl argues with me and says "there is no way it's cold" for a good ten minutes. When I asked for the manager, she told me that she WAS the manager. I don't know what kind of management will argue with a customer. She said she made that pizza herself and it's not close to an hour since I ordered. I told her that I called exactly 54 minutes ago at this point. She still refuses to accept the possibility that a pizza ordered an hour ago could be cold and is not going to do anything about it.
At this point I tell her I will be coming in for a refund.
I go to the store and they try to tell me that again, there is no way the pizza could be cold. They offered me the $5 delivery fee I paid for my replacement order. I declined telling them this was a replacement order and I want my money back for the original order and the two delivery fees.im speaking with a young man in the store at this point. The "manager" is standing against a wall silent. He then tells me he will remake my pizza for me. I again tell him I want my money back. Then he goes out back for about another 20 minutes before finally giving me my $29 back. Worst dominos ever. I miss getting my delivery...
