Jessy's Pizza — Restaurant in Halifax

Right from the get, my phone call was fractured. I felt like the person who answered could not answer any questions such as whatever the special was. Told me that I could order a pepperoni pizza for $9.99. But not a mushroom pizza. And then it wouldn’t be fair to other customers if I got mushrooms. So I was declined. I actually ended up sliding my tip back to my pocket because I felt that the person who served me was quite rude and short. On top of the call. I slid that tip right back into my hand. I came to pick up my order, it was fairly simple a pizza and a small Donair. But I was just met was rudeness. I’m sorry I reallydon’t like not tipping, I actually feel bad about it. However, I’m tired of paying for rotten service.

EDIT-UPDATE-moving my 3 star, to be 5 star. Life is often about redemption. When I write this review, it is how I felt. That being said, the pizza was quite good. So was the Donair. I actually received a telephone call on the way home from Jesse’s pizza today. I was actually quite impressed. I appreciate that it was acknowledged and that they looked into it and that they take their customer seriously. I also appreciate that the employee question was laden down with work. He was by himself. Sometimes as people, someone may not actually be trying to be rude, but maybe sometimes people take it that way. Like I did. That being said I am pleased, and satisfied in the owners explanations and also, they treated me well. I did order again, and will continue to...

I ordered from this jesseys on north st . I ordered twice and both times they screwed the order up . The first time I ordered a large and a medium donar with the works . When the order got to my house the sent a large donar no tomatoes and a med pizza with the works .I told the driver the order was wrong and he said it was what i ordered and i had to pay for it . To save a argument I payed him. I took the order into the house and I called jesseys back the manager was nice and we worked it all out he sent me to new donars . The second time I ordered two three piece fish and chips with tarter sauce when the order got to myhouse i payed for it and took it in the house and opened it and there was no tarter sauce in the .I was not happy I called jesseys told the guy on the phone there was no tarter sauce in the bag . He was not very helpful he did not want to talk to me. He said he was to busy I. I told him I was not happy .he said ok and told me he would send up the tarter sauce when he can . I said ok and waited an hour for the driver to deliver the sauce .bye that time my fish and chips where ice cold and could not eat them so I through them in the garbage . Everytime I go in there an older gentleman makes advances at me. I was told to smile and I was told that he'd give me a discount because I have beautiful eyes.
