A beautiful and very valuable space in the heart of the city. This is one of my favourite places in the city and makes me proud of Halifax every time I am here. This is a true gift to the residents of Halifax. It has baseball fields, cycling tracks, the ice skating and recreational Oval, free skate and roller skate/blade rentals, as well as tons of space for people to do their own activities on the commons area. I frequently see people playing lawn games here, reading books, flying kites, learning how to cycle or skate, and generally just enjoying the space.

A really nice park in a great location. However, this park is more geared toward the local community instead of tourists. There are softball diamonds, a skating loop in the winter, plenty of wide open green space that is often filled with people and their various sporting activities. There's a big skate park on the other side of the road and it's a great spot for larger events. They do currently have a plan in place to revitalise the space, but I don't think it will be done soon.

A place for everyone! Beautiful grounds to walk, a decent sized playground, in ground pool, skate park, baseball fields, and the best part of all the Oval!! In the SUMMER Rent a special bike, regular bikes for adults and children. Scooters, roller blades, roller skates and helmets all you need is government issued photo ID. In the WINTER rent a pair of ice skates and a helmet with ID and enjoy a lovely skate with beeauitul views and of course they always have music playing!

Excellent play ground. So far the largest play ground I have seen around Halifax region. It has two baseball grounds, roller skating track plus a super big green field. The field is adorned with narrow roads connecting the two sides of the field and offers bicyclists, pedestrians to take a short cut to get to their destination. Since it's a big and open place, it is generally quite windy so be aware of that. Overall, it's a great place to spend until the dusk.

Access is completely free but limited by the number of people, they put a bracelet to distinguish the shifts. They have different schedules, each shift is for one hour. The pool water is very clean, it has an area for children. There are lockers, bathrooms and showers on site. For children there are different types of floats It is a great place to enjoy in the summer, my family and I love this place

This garden is beautiful🤩. During the evening I visited to this place With my boyfriend 😄. The fountain looks beautiful 😻. Also, the next day i went in the morning and it was nice. This garden is big, you can walk and play games. Also, you can sit in the garden with a coffee ☕️. Also a playground on other side on the garden 🪴. If you are in Halifax you can visit here whenever you have time 😁
