KFC — Restaurant in Halifax

So the other day my buddy and I decided to order our food from here. The website online ordering was very easy to use and was looking hopeful. After a 15 minute wait which is fair, I stepped inside the building to grab our food. I approached the counter and said there was an order for Nick. While the employee said nothing and walked out back, another walked around the counter and filled up a soda for himself. The soda machine looked to not have been cleaned in ages, there was even napkins soaked laying all over it and the counter. The employee who had gone out back give me two bags (one with food, and the other with salad) and I left the store. Got outside and noticed no pop was with the order so I told him I needed two pops, One seven up and a Pepsi. He handed me a fountain pop cup and a straw, and I told him there was another pop again. He tried to tell me I only ordered one as he pointed to the receipt, and I told hi there's a seven up on it. He gave me a can after and said here you go, like he gave up. The whole time there was an employee texting on their phone, and another at a table in the back eating a meal. As I got into the car they never gave any silverware (or plastic) to eat the salads with, and the chicken tenders were not cooked all the way. If there was a space here to rate this KFC franchise with a zero, that would be my rating. We ordered a six piece bucket of chicken, asked for dark meat and 2breasts. The order totalled 15.99+ service fee, whatever that is as it is undisclosed, taxes, tax on the delivery fee, and delivery fee of $6 for a total of $28 plus.

When the order arrived it came in a box of six chicken breaded sticks. That’s all!! No thighs, breast or any other chicken! I tried to call to inquire about this, not only after we received the order,but also the first thing this morning five minutes after they were supposed to be open. I tried three times this morning. Each call was met by an answering machine saying that they were too busy to take a call please, please call back later. No opportunity to leave a message. I cannot believe that no one would be there on opening this morning or that one of them was too busy to not pick up the phone for a moment.

Telephoned at 6pm to ensure they were open for delivery until 9pm. Placed order at 8:30 online and was informed restaurant (Quinpool Location) was not taking orders for delivery at this time. Location supposedly open until 10pm so I tried phoning. They would pick up the phone and hang up. I phoned 20 times in a row and the same thing happened each time. My partner went in person by taxi and they were open. He spoke to the manager who was extremely belligerent, uncooperative, unprofessional, not helpful and when told we were going to complain called the cops and said we were threatening him because of the complaint issue. We spent nearly $100 there and finally received our food after 1 and 1/2 hours. The hot wings hard as rock, the fries cold as ice, two sides of five forgotten, and the requested hot sauce also forgotten. Manager said his name was Chetan more like Cheat Tan. This person should have his franchise license revoked. Oh we asked for an $8 credit due to having come in person and we’re refused and accused of creating drama. Kfc until this dimwit manager is punished , I will never order from any location ever again. Hello...
