Papa Mario's Pizza — Restaurant in Halifax

My go to pizza in all of HRM!!!! The staff are so friendly - this is a family owned business and you can tell with the warm welcome and how much care they put into their food and customer. I order Papa Mario’s probably once a week - the Canadian classic is a go to with garlic fingers on the side. They did just expand to add Nayyya Pizza within the Sam location and it’s under the same owner as Papa Mario’s! I placed a large delivery order tonight, they took my order and read it back to me. Upon delivery, they were missing an entire order of fish n chips. I called back, and they told me they didn’t charge me for that, even though they read my order back to me. They didn’t bring me a receipt. They charged me (again) for another order of fish n chips, even though they charged me the first time and just didn’t bring it. They definitely lost out on a lot of...

I would consider my family to be a regular customer, as when we have pizza the Mumford Rd. location is our default location.

We ordered their Large Pizza, Medium Garlic Fingers and 2 L pop from them last Friday evening.

When we got it home the garlic fingers was not a medium. My wife called to tell them and they said “No, it is a medium”. She argued that it wasn’t and basically they said too bad.

We won’t be ordering from there again. Very poor...
