Stay away from these guys Thieves! They are just money hungry. I ordered three beef shawarma wraps and asked how long it would take. They said only 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting around 30 minutes and my order wasn't ready. When I asked how much longer, they said five minutes, claiming they were trying to finish their online/call orders first (which turned out to be a lie). I then noticed people who came after me were receiving their orders which they ordered right in front of me, and it turns out they were their friends and regular customers. After one hour, I asked what was going on and they said they were only working on chicken wraps at the moment. I asked for a refund since I couldn't wait another hour, but they said no. So, they wouldn't refund my money, and I received no food Paid $60! These people are thieves - stay away. RUDE BALD GUY AND BLACK HAIR LADY.

The lady working there was so grumpy. She yelled at me more than once during my order. I asked for a garlic sauce on the side, she replies with a high tone voice and unhappy face: « if you want it we don’t give it for free, it’s gonna cost you 2 extra dollars ». I said well of course I am gonna pay for what you’re asking for if you say it respectfully, after all I just ordered two large shawarmas and a dessert. When the owner saw the situation, he came my way offering the sauce for free to calm me down and I refused it just to make them understand that this is not a way to treat a customer and throw all your stressed energy on them for paying their money at your store. Location is good, the parking is an issue, always busy and hard to find spot. Decorations and layout, the space is small and limited spots for dine in, however I see the space is good for fast meals or raps. Cleanliness is plausible Waiting time to get the order was within expectations. Food is two parts, part one is the shawarma 😋 it is the best shawerma I had in Nova Scotia. Fries 🍟 was the opposite. It was half done. Prices, I see the prices for the shawarma rap meal was affordable and plausible. Overall, I visited this place servel times. Whenever I look for having shawarma, that will me my destination. I really like the food and the prices makes me come back and back. Well done and waiting to see you...
