I appreciate this place so much as we get the best customers ever. We have great speed of service, the store is absolutely clean and very well maintained. We try our best everyday to give you all the amazing personal experience along with some caffeine ( can’t miss that).. This location is in sobeys on lacewood drive. We don’t have drive thru or food :( but we have an amazing team with great experience to serve and recommend some great drinks.. Do stop by to see our beautiful little store and try some great drinks :)

Convenient location right near the exit of Sobeys. Mobile order ahead is not available at this store nor is there a drive-thru. Most of the time it’s not too busy and there is enough staff to make your drink. It’s a bare minimum Starbucks with drinks. No food options available, bagged coffee, or tumblers.

This is the WORST Starbucks in HRM. I understand being busy, but there’s no reason that I should come into the store, order one drink, wait 15 minutes, and have people come in, place an order at the counter (not mobile) and get their orders before me. This is not an isolated incident and I’ve been trying to give this store the benefit of the doubt, but to no avail. One time in the drive thru I ordered a sausage/bacon/egg wrap. Paid for it. Then when I got the window was informed they were sold out. How hard is it to know how many sandwiches...

Every time I go to this Starbucks, I see the manager(who I later found out is named Mohan), treating his employees like utter garbage. Never have I seen a manager treat an employee this way. I am honestly blown away. If Starbucks was aware of this I am certain they would not put up with this. Sobeys seems to do nothing about it. What a shame!

It's unfortunate because the employees who actually serve you are wonderful, kind, and provide great...
