This Tim Hortons have some serious attitude problem. Tim Hortons has always been su0er nice and friendly - and in our travel we had make friends with a lot of Tim Horton team that are super nice and accomodating. In matter a fact their services are so nice that if I stay on location for a few days I would be going to TH and that would the the highlight of my morning - the staff at TH and the food.
Not so with this location. The lady that was taking my drive thru order was "adequate" which mean she is taking my order which is fine but there were no pleasantries not unpleasantnes. Tim Horton apps has always been hit and miss - they shut down unexpectedly or it does not work the way it should (which is not my fault, which the staff have to be cognizant that the apps might have problem - and upon driving up I apologetically said is it okay if I come in and pay cause my app have problem. The smileless lady - which is slightly plump with glasses did not look very happy and then asked me if my app is not showing the QR code - and I told her that it's not showing anything- would it be okay if I come in which that would make it easier - and she was not cooperative at all and told me that if I were to come in she had to cancel my order and I have to order all over again!!!
That irked me big time because we have two custom coffee and two bagels - and I think she did it intentionally to punish me. I was contemplating coming in and "reorder" but then I would have to see that unpleasant lady so I decided to spend extra 10 minutes driving to the other nice TH at Lacewood Dr (which I have been going the past two days - the staff were friendly and awesome) to get my coffee and bagels.
I cannot believe she wasted good food and drinks because I have a problem with TH apps and just because she wants to spite me. So glad that I don't have TH like this close to my place....

day 2: 1 cofee, 3s1c, 1 tea 3s1m, and 1 creamy chill sub cream for cmilk. we tried agian but my my coffee had no sugar... my wife's tea had no sugar ether, nothing was even stirred my wife removed the lid to milky water, she's def picky about her tea, she did specify at the mic when it was ordered that she would like it "stirred well please" ...but hey! my sons creamy chocolate chill made with c milk, was actually made correctly YAY!

I believe experiences like this are best left Public, for everyone to see, but no thanks i wont reach out, im more then willing to elaborate though, just do better next time... (see above) its not like I won't be back... its just irritating... if I'm coming through a drive through I want to drive away when I get my order I shouldn't feel like I have to check it every time.
my trip ends Friday and I'll be back I'm sure, let's see if we can improve those odds :)

Read moreI was at the chain lake Tim’s on Friday the 24,th of October and I was wearing a mask and the lady, don’t know her name but she has a loud voice and laugh,asked me if I had Covid!I was quite shocked that she would ask that question, and I didn’t have to give her any information about why I was wearing it but I proceeded to tell her that I was wearing a mask because my husband has cancer and I am trying not to get sick myself or bring anything home to him so it was for a safety reason,she didn’t have much of a reaction but it made me feel very uncomfortable and I haven’t been able to get out in quite a while since he’s been diagnosed so this was the start of my day and it wasn’t good.I think it’s important for people to stop and think as to why someone maybe still wearing masks,it’s not a fashion statement,there’s always a reason why.As a representative of the Tim Horton chain I feel that she should know how to deal with the public in any situation and maybe have some empathy before making an assumption about someone and asking something stupid!shame on her and thanks for making...
