Subway — Restaurant in Halton Hills

I ordered a 6" cold cut combo and added bacon (2 slices for $3) These newer employees are getting pretty lazy. The last time I ordered through the app I received my sandwich not grilled. When on the order it said to grill it. This time I ordered the bacon added to my sandwich. I opened my sandwich and see one slice broken in half, each about 2" long. Unacceptable! especially considering it's $3 for the added bacon. I went in to tell the lady and she proceeded to tell me the bacon shrunk when it was cooked. I asked her to show me the bacon and there's no way it would shrink to that size. She was willing to make new bacon. When added to my sandwich you can see the comparison in size. The fresh bacon overhung the bread while the others were still 2". She still kept telling me it's because it would shrink in size LOL Honestly if you don't like your job, then quit. If you can't make food to the proper standards, then quit. You get paid to do a job, and I pay for food and expect to receive what I pay for. I'm sure there are many locals that would much rather...

I was at this subway location February 11 at 9:30 pm and I come here very often on my lunch break and the service is great but I can tell you right now I will never be coming here after 5 o’clock ever again the staff looked like they hated being there was terrible customer service and like I previously said I have been here many times before and I always have the same order a steak and cheese foot long and I have always been happy how it tastes this time there was maybe one scoop of meet on a 12 inch sub and they put it in the toaster for not even 15 seconds like subway is expensive by its self so I hope when I come here the service and food would be worth the 18 dollars I...

Visit here at least once a week for lunch with my work friends. Once there was a long line of people all getting their lunch time subs when their cash system crashed . After a long wait in which many people were getting frustrated as their 45 min to 1 hour lunch was ticking down ,the manager allowed all those who had already made subs to get them for free as most people did not have cash and the stores cash machine would take at least 20 mins to reboot. Great call on the managers part . Lots of happy customers and ones who will come back because they cared about their customers.
