Arby's — Restaurant in Hamilton

I'm new to Arby's. Only three times. All at this location. First two times was great. Service was great. Meat was tasty and fresh. The third time stunk. Meat was cold and tasted old. Maybe leftovers from Saturday. Service was bad. Counter person severed everyone before getting my sandwich from the warmer. It sat there for at least 5 mins. She kept looking at it but did everything else but get my sandwich. Made coffee, tea, take orders. I should have said something. Sadly, I will not be returning but will find another location. There's also other places I can go in the food court.

I've already posted everything about my visit. No need for me to visit another.

I decided to give it another try this week. I was so disgusted. I noticed the women in the back making my sandwich had a huge cold sore on her lip. I had already paid. When I sat down, I just couldn't eat it. I ended up throwing it away. This shouldn't be allowed....

Worst service ever, employee at register barely spoke english couldn't take my order or take instructions properly, English isn't my 1st, or 2nd language but at the very least i can communicate properly. Working in the customer service industry, being able to speak language of majority that you'll be serving comes in handy. Waited 10 minutes for my order because the the lady who took my order spoke almost no english, she was asked 4 times by whomever was in the back if my order had gone out and she said yes over and over again, while i was STANDING RIGHT THERE WAITING FOR IT. Fast food is about quick, and efficient service. How is this efficient if i have to repeat my order 3 times, and it still gets messed up? How is this quick if i am still waiting 10 minutes...

I like Arby's. But today was a terrible experience. I ordered a 2 for 11$ special and the sandwiches looked massive in the ad. When I opened up the packaging and saw something sized comparable to a regular mcdonalds hamburger.. they were built terribly also. There was only 1 partial curly fry on each sandwich and it looked like they were running out of beef to put on it. Im literally still hungry and have to go out to grab part 2 of my lunch. I am not sure if the problem is location-specific, because I was not disappointed last time at a different location. If I could rate 0 stars, I would... what a waste of...
