Manchu Wok — Restaurant in Hamilton

Went here today and the lady serving food with short hair was very rude, I should have just walked off instead of giving them business. So their food labels did not match what was there so I had to ask what a couple of the meats were, she seemed very rushed and the second chicken that I had asked what it was she started filling up my container with, when I said no I was asking what it was she huff and puffed and gave me a rude look. I then started to look at what else I may choose, she then gave my container to the other co worker and mumbling words in her own language like I didnt know she was talking rudely about me then rushed off to the other side to do nothing but acted like she was busy somehow 🙄. It is a customer service based job and if she can't amount to that much then why is she even there. she didnt fill up a good portion of my noddles which were very bland also, thankfully the other coworker actually did her job without complaints but the lady with short hair just kept rushing like she had somewhere else to be aside from her job that she should be doing properly, put her in the back to cook so other people dont have to...

Extremely disappointed with the non existent quality of the food at this place. The rice tasted like cardboard. I got the spicy orange chicken and it was neither spicy nor chicken... Only orange colour. Most peices had bread or dough inside covered with flour and deep fried. Some peices had tiny bits of chicken which had a rubber texture. Overall, I had to throw the meal into the trash and get something else because I felt like I was poisoning my body. Also, the packaging is Styrofoam which is extremely bad for the environment... I order the plus 3 asked for the mushrooms and chicken and it was all mushrooms. I told her I didn't want that and asked if they had more. The girl serving me had the poorest attitude I have come across and says "We close in 45 minutes ". Last time I checked that's more than enough time to still serve quality food.
