I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the food I ordered from your establishment today. The noodles were soft and mushy, and both the chicken and beef were dry and lacked flavor. This experience has left me unsatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my feedback.

I have been a customer in the past, but this recent experience has made me reconsider returning. The subpar quality of the dishes has not only affected my enjoyment of the meal but also my overall perception of your restaurant.

Had dined in a week back and yesterday as well. Had small soup with beef , which had a string of green plastic stuck to the meat, which was not hair . I did not complain . Yesterday, I had gone as well and got another small tomyum soup with shrimp 🍤 and a spring roll. Upon ordering, I mentioned to the cashier, about the plastic I found stuck to the beef, unfortunately I did not a picture of it and told her to be careful in it and do it right and well. The soup was ok but th spring roll was refried , as oil was just soaking it. I took pictures and would post it . Went up to her and told her this but she said, oh I fried tofu before frying the spring roll and I will fry another….i was at this point totally disgusted to have gone there second time after the first issue with plastic .
