New York Fries Lime Ridge Mall — Restaurant in Hamilton

REVIEW UPDATE!! Since my review, it seems as though the lady whom I referred to has left this location. I have been to this location multiple times since my review and I have not had a bad experience. The staff seem to be much happier and more friendly. The food has gotten much better (which is a surprise to me) and the store looks brighter and cleaner. I will be coming back to this location more often.

There is a lady that is always there at the cash register. She wears glasses with blonde hair. She always has a miserable look in her face. I believe she is the manager at this location. On multiple occasions I see her yell at her employees from the cash register while they are at another position. I’ve even seen her yell at customers and then complain to other customers about what the problem was. That is a complete lack of professionalism on the managers part. She has no respect for anyone from what I can see. She should not be working in this industry if she can’t treat people with respect and decency. Now I don’t go there whenever she’s at the...

I couldn't get served for a while because the staff was too busy counting their money. Unfortunately, I waited instead of going somewhere else. So now I'm currently trying to get through the most disgusting meal I've ever had. There's no way this "cheese" is actually a dairy product. And for a place known for their fries, these are a super greasy, overcooked, shameful excuse for food. Everything is just gross. I won't be back.

The Limeridge location has horrible customer service. Specifically one south Asian woman and an east Asian woman (both wear glasses). I have had about 3 incidents with only these two women. Servers are so cheap with putting gravy. It was bare minimum. When brought to the south asian's attention, she stood there, blank, ignored the concern and continued to ask how we would like to pay. She was least effected by the customer's concern. While serving, she also showed her terrible customer service (bad attitude, no smiles, no greetings or goodbyes, she seems like she hates her job).
