We order from this location all the time, but I will never order from any dominos ever again. One of their drivers totally cut me off and swerved around me into oncoming traffic while I was coming into the parking lot to pick up my order. Then I watched him cut in front of 2 other customers. I pulled in beside him and asked him if he was more important than the rest of us. He tried to defend his illegal driving maneuver so I gave up and started walking towards the store to get my food. As soon as I turned to walk away he called me a b!&ch and then hurried into the store. I then went into the store and as I was discussing this issue with the “manager” he came out of the back room and proceeded to once again argue with me in front of the whole store until the manager told him to stop. Had this dominos employee simply apologized for cutting us all off or even thrown up a waive when we honked at him this would not have been a major issue. If this is acceptable at this store they will never see another penny from me. I have been in customer service for years and can’t believe any employee would speak to a customer like this. Read moreOrdered a medium pizza picked it up last night brought it back and realized that there was a seasoning that was shaken on the ENTIRE pizza I called to asked if I got the wrong pizza then Jess got upset and said many people get this and it's not a big deal I told her I have allergies to certain seasonings she wanted an entire breakdown and then got condescending I decided to take the pizza back to the store and when she confronted me bringing the pizza back she began to give me more attitude which I hope that the cameras have speakers she said yeah my name is Jess because she saw me staring at her name tag and I just sat there completely wondering why this is all my fault as I told her that I understand it's human error and I worked 16 hours didn't want to cook this was my first meal for hours all she said was so did she. Read moreI told them my daughter threw up the food as it was over cooked, the sauce tasted curdled/spoiled. I was told by the manager Jess that she cooked it no way it was bad no other complaints in the day, then the owner Jackie called me after I called back because I hadn’t heard from anyone in about 20-30 minutes of waiting. I was once again told that there is no way that happened it goes on a conveyor belt. The noodles were very hard, all around the chicken bites was completely black yes I understand cheese can burn but I had to break off full chunks, the sauce on top of them tasted off, and the sauce for the chicken carbonara tasted off. I had to ask twice for a refund to be told I’m wrong there’s no way it’s food poisoning. I never once said my daughter had food poisoning I said she threw it up after she ate a few bites of each, and then she shook her head no and started screaming at me and then I tasted the sauces and they tasted completely off and gross. I literally hate ordering from this location I tried to give them another chance but I cannot do it every time I’ve ever gotten food from there it’s disgusting.
