Pathetic food and service. I wish I could give review as minus five.

Really unprofessional server and their manager.

I complained to their so called manager and he said I am only here for a month and moving to some other place. Not at all professional.

After serving the food the server went in kitchen. She gave water without glass and I needed more Sambhar and chutney while eating Dosa. No one was there to attend us after they served the food first time.I waited for 10 minutes and had to go inside the kitchen while eating food that I wanted to place an another order , can you plz come. Server was preparing the food inside the kitchen and we were waiting for them for last 10 mins. Not sure if she washed her hands or not as she came quickly , When I asked the server why no one is attending the customers when they are having food she replied you have to come in front at the counter, ring the bell so that they know you need something. How can she expect while eating food in the middle customer go to counter and ring the bell and this is also during Covid time. Such a bad service and explanation.

Food was also pathetic , I would recommend food inspector to visit their kitchen and inspect. I will also try to reach public...

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Don't be taken away with the website or the photo of the dish. It only looks colourful, does not taste good. Very mediocre place. If you are hungry, do not go to this place, because by the time they serve the food you would have lost your appetite. The customer service is bad, they don't have a chef, the person who takes the order also makes the order. So it will be a while before you get your food. We placed the order of two dosas at 9pm. They said it will take half an hour for two dosas and they gave the food only by 9.5pm. The menu boasts a variety of dosas. But you cannot eat dosas without proper chutney and sambar. They have sambar and different brightly colored chutneys just for the look of it. The sambar and chutney are very bad and tasteless. In fact the coconut chutneys have the oily taste of old coconuts. The dosa has a lot of baking soda, which is not good. The entire time we were sitting there, none of the tables even had a glass of water and we were not offered water as well. Once we finished eating, it did not sit well. Since it was late, we couldn't go elsewhere, so we waited for the food. But it was not worth the wait. Didn't even want to give a star BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I put you to the test today, I saw some 1 star reviews and wanted to see if it was accurate. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and have cooked with the Indian technique for over 5. We were greeted immediately, even with other patrons in the seated area. After being seated we were checked on in a very reasonable amount of time (2 minutes 13 seconds)!!! Awesome! Good job guys! Despite being the only server working our order was taken within 5 minutes (what a fantastic worker she was!). About 20 minutes later the food arrived hot and looked fantastic and colorful. I had the opportunity 7 years ago to work with and learn from some of the finest Indian cooks in southern Ontario. That being said, the food was terrific! This is some of the best Indian "street food" I have ever had. The Vada pav is great! Especially with cheese! The Samosa Chaat was also amazing and definitely one of the best I have had in Hamilton.

The food, which is honestly priced, was well worth it.

If you are feeling adventurous, ask for the paan when you are done eating.
