I wanted to treat myself to something nice and walked into this shop as I liked the previous, good reviews about their services.

The store is a great, family-run business and they are soo nice!! You will be greeted very kindly upon walking in - the first time and every time.

I had put in a custom order for a silver ring, and the jeweller did NOT disappoint!!

From making sure we found the perfect ring based on my specifications to the inner engravings I wanted done, every. single. thing. was perfect!!

I am beyond satisfied with the craftsmanship! I haven't been able to stop smiling about my custom piece! They WANT you to be happy with your order/purchase.

Too many places, unfortunately, don't even care; even when you're paying for a service(s)...

But these nice business owners understand proper customer service, honestly, and I appreciate that very much!

Oh, and the engraving font? It is just...I'm so happy with my new ring! Thank you so much! It's gorgeous. 😊

I wish i wouldn’t have trusted the 5 star reviews. I would highly recommend you to not come here for a repair. Just received my necklace back & it is completely ruined. The lady that originally took my necklace after i requested a repair, looked at the necklace & didn’t ask any questions; just told me the price & when to come back. My husband picked up the necklace for me, when he got there the man said he never got to it; so he quickly proceeded to "repair" my necklace. My husband handed me back a necklace that was completely silver instead of yellow gold in the area he melted & no longer a "rope chain": i’ve gotten this necklace repaired before with no issues; i don’t think someone repairing jewelry should lack the knowledge on WHAT they are repairing & HOW to go about it especially when they find no need to ask questions, giving you the assurance that they know what they’re doing. I am beyond floored by the service of this incredible family! I popped in today in a panic because I needed help with a broken clasp on a very sentimental piece of jewelry. I called the store first and they told me to come in, it would likely get fixed same day. I asked for the cost range and was given a very reasonable range of $40-60 to fix depending on how complex the problem was. I popped in, was seen right away and the dad in the back immediately tightened the clasp on both sides so tight that I wasn't even able to get it off (this is what I wanted!!!) they also polished it for me too. When I asked how much I owed them for their service they said NOTHING which was to me, insane because I was happily prepared to pay for this peace of mind of fixing something that in my heart was irreplaceable.
