Obviously there was a miscommunication with my order today. I walked over from my work to place an order for chicken bites. I came back 10 minutes later and picked up my order. Once I got back to work I realized after I had touched the chicken 'bite' and noticed there was something odd about it, that it was in fact a chicken wing. Not a huge deal! Mistakes happen. What resulted in this review is that upon return there was another customer in the lobby waiting on their order, when I was greeted I explained I had asked for bites instead of wings which the girl questioned, so she took the box of chicken wings that I had touched and was going to replace them with bites, great! Only the client behind me said he would buy them. She was going to just make him a new order of chicken wings because you're not supposed to give out RETURNED FOOD (is this not basic knowledge?) The employee briefly went to make a new batch, hesitated, and then just removed the chicken wings I had returned and gave them to the other customer. Read moreI would have given a negative star review if that was a thing. Such a bad experience to end our otherwise great day. I ordered whole wheat base pizza and it was burnt (understandable-to err is human) and then after filing a complaint they sent me a new one which the guy over phone insisted that it would be exact same which I had ordered initially. When the second pizza came home it was not a wheat base and when I called them up again they mentioned it was not a wheat base the first time.
I would have over looked the burnt pizza easily and the wrong pizza and still be their client had they shown a cent of empathy and would have apologized their mistake instead of putting it on the customer. Customer service agents over the phone are horrible and they treat you worse than beggars. Shame on such a big company.
Have I said before that they didn't make a single effort to rectify their mistake . Worse experience specially with customer service agents...
Read moreAlthough the location offers a clean environment and consistent product today was rather disappointing. I am a regular customer at this location buying product at least twice a week for years. After being stuck in heavy traffic and facing somewhat of a restroom emergency I walked into this familiar neighborhood establishment and asked if I could quickly use the bathroom despite not buying anything on this visit. They responded with NO and added this is for customers only if you're not gonna buy anything go somewhere else !!! The Sub shop next door was very accommodating and understood that sometimes you just gotta go . Ended up picking up subs for the family for dinner . Tasty too. Looks like subs twice a week...
