Subway — Restaurant in Hamilton

We were visiting the area work related and happened to be near this subway.We ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and requested the owner of the store to let us use the washroom as we were travelling around for couple of hours. He was very very rude to me and my coworker and won’t let us use washroom. If you are really scared that someone is going to infect you with COVID through the washroom, you better lockdown your store as the same infected person is walking into your store. If someone really need to use the washroom as people have issues with bladders and humans like you won’t let them use the washroom do you understand how much pain that person has to go through. This location is usually great so this rating has no bearing on the freshness and quality I’ve received in the past. However, where they are lacking is in regard to attention to detail with online pickup orders. More than once I’ve had orders missing extras (but was still charged for them) like just now I asked for extra shredded Monterey cheddar, paid for extra and got zero cheese at all. I asked for no lettuce and constantly receive a mountain of lettuce. The online ordering is great and convenient as long as YOU ARE PAYING ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS ORDERS. Please be more mindful. I ordered 2 chicken teriyaki subs and the guy serving me ran out of the meat so he tried to stretch it out between the 2 subs. When I asked him for more meat because it was very skimpy on the meat and I order this sub regularly so I know how they are normally made he told me that they didn't have any more. I wasn't happy but he was arguing saying it was the normal amount trying to convince me. It was pathetic and ridiculous and I wanted to walk out but it was late and everything else was closed.
