This rating I only give based on my usage. That usage is the hot and ready as advertised. I typically order 1 pizza. Maybe 2 and never anything more complex than plain cheese or pepperoni. I have attempted this hot and ready pick up approximately 30 times since 2015 including where they were previously located on new street. I am yet to find it ready, though always hot. Primarily because I have to wait about 5 to 7 min. Perhaps I seem impatient. But let's not ignore the fact that the deal is hot and ready. Not hot in 5 minutes later. I think that if they're not going to live up to the ready part they should be prepared to offer somebody something in exchange for failure to deliver the expectation in full. Furthermore I have spoken with some of the employees at this location. They have informed me that management has instructed them to not over produce. It would seem to me that the employees wish to perform their duties and be prepared. I can say this because they produce everything else I expect of them at their level. Including a shared sense of disappointment when they can't produce a pizza for me immediately. Nevertheless I won't be deterred I will continue to buy pizza from this location because I like their product. I just wish that once in awhile I could go there and walk away with a pizza immediately...
Read moreMy husband walked in at 11am today to get use a family meal, when he when to order the 25$ WEEKDAY special he was rudely answered with “ if you can read, that’s only Monday- Wednesday. By an older lady. With that he said okay no worries, and politely asked why it was called a weekday special and not a Monday- Wednesday special if it wasn’t all week, again with a rude tone he was answered with “ I don’t know”. He then proceeded to ask what was ready, and if she had any stuffed crazy bread ready, and again was answered rudely with “ no that will be 15 minutes we just opened” he agreed and went to pay her for the 30$ order with a 100$ bill as that’s all he had on him at the time, and she looked at him and said with the most aggressive tone “ we don’t have change for 100$ WE JUST OPENED, who do you think we are?” And with that my husband walked out completely baffled by the service and attitude he was given. Read moreI deliver food for a living. The other day, I picked up an order and later got a message from the customer that an item was missing. As a delivery driver, it’s practically impossible to verify every item inside sealed packages. Still, I did my job and went back to collect the missing item.
That’s when I had to deal with a rude, middle-aged Indian employee who blame me for the mistake. On top of that, he gave my Uber profile a thumbs down for their error. Completely idiotic, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior. If this is how they treat delivery workers, I wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with this place...
