Your response shows your attitude towards customer service. Instead of investigating issue you find a irrational reason to justify the poor service. I have eaten at your place 4-5 times and even complimented in person so i think you should be sport enough when I criticise you for bad service. How come an item is missing if u put everything in a bag and staple it. Atleast acknowledge the order was missed and do something about it. If you can only offer good service in dine in then you should not offer delivery. In the end its your loss, I was literally being your brand embassador till now telling all my friends in hamilton about your restaurant, why do u think i would risk ordering food from you when my guests were here. Anyway lesson learnt, no more from your place. I hope i do find a good competition who believes in valuing customer opinion.

Service levels have gone down a lot !

I referred to a friend who got stale smelly veg biryani.

Later today i ordered food for guest and dal was not delivered while roti was cold and chewy. I called the restaurant, they were totally not co-operative and blamed it on delivery person when on the first call they acknowledge that they missed the item. They put all food in one bag how can delivery person miss it.They just shrugges off their mistake. I had to be embarrased in front of guest

They loose a good customer today and all 5 other friends whom i told about this place.

Old review Amazing Food. Loved the chola bhatura, soya tikka, daal, paneer dish. Good ambience too. A bit pricey...

Incredible food and service. My wife and I have enjoyed Indian food across the whole GTA (we've moved a lot) and New Masala Grill is among the very best - and I think it might be the best - we have ever had.

We have ordered many things on the menu and they have all been outstanding without exception. This time we ordered take-out for butter chicken and spinach curry with paneer with sides of chicken pakoda and garlic naan. We just finished dinner and I simply felt compelled to review here as it was absolutely excellent (again) with deep flavour profiles and a perfect balance of spices and seasoning.

For whatever reason it seems to me like this place flies under the radar in the Hamilton foodie scene - perhaps some are trying to not let the secret out but I think this spot deserves a lot more attention and business.

If you enjoy Indian cuisine you owe it to yourself to try this place. The staff have always been attentive and extremely friendly, and the orders quick to be made. I think this is my first ever Google review so hopefully that tells you something about the quality of this place.

The worst tiffin service ever! The lady Anjali who deals with tiffin service is the worst person ever! She abuses her customers! No sense of talking , no sense of dealing with customers! NEVER EVER GET TIFFIN FROM THESE PEOPLE.!!!

Reply on your comment: first of all I was not yelling at your chef Asif , he said mistake was made on your side and he would try to give me paneer and said sorry for giving similar things for 3 straight days. One who does not know how to speak to customers, I do not know what shud u do for her. On phone u say sorry to your customers and here online you changed your words!!! WOW!! you actually lost few customers today. I was one f yr regular customers and loved your food! But just a tip: please try and respect your customers in future?
