There’s been a change of ownership I believe. The prices have been raised significantly and the quality of the food isn’t as good. The filling in the egg rolls - it’s like chewing on a ball of deep fried string. The egg rolls were overcooked and very greasy as well. On several occasions I’ve ordered by phone. The employees that took my order weren’t able to describe certain dishes and what was in them. It would be super helpful if the employees had more knowledge about the dishes on the menu, or if they had a description on the menu itself, 🚨🚨UPDATE OCTOBER 2024🚨🚨 The quality of the food is much better. I ask for the egg rolls to be, “lightly done” and they comply. The Pagoda Wonton Soup is fantastic! It’s a whole meal in itself ! When I have a super craving for Chinese food, I usually order the BBQ spareribs, Chicken Chow Mien, 4 egg rolls & the Pagoda Wonton Soup - I have enough leftover for four meals. Go back to your old recipes or you're going to go out of business fast. The old pagoda food was 10/10, but these new recipes are 1/10....

Both I found lack luster. Not much flavour to either of them. The lo mein was very greasy and the vegetables in it were slightly under done. Wonton soup had almost no flavour even after a pack of soy sauce was added. There wasnt much filling in the wontons themselves and they were undercooked and bland. Service however was nice, the lady working the counter was very nice and cheerful. That was really the...
