FOR WHO CONSIDERS EATING HERE I gave a bad review; and instead of trying to address the problem, they stalked my girlfriend’s and my facebook account. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND DON’T TAKE ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS !!!
— My first review made on November 30th, 2024: Food here is very good, one of the best in town. But not recommended for take out, seriously. I once suffered from a stomachache after having a take out from this place. Today I order again. They said 20m but it turned out to be 45 minutes waiting. They said it was busy even though only about 15 people eating. That might not be a big problem untill they messed up the order. They forgot the dipping sauce, which is the main thing that give the soup flavour. The other one they give wrong kind of noodles, and both broth were super bland. Not worth my time and money.
— My first update and rebuttal on their first reply made on December 11th: *It’s true that I work in the restaurant industry. That’s why I don’t understand why it could take 45m for two simple soups. We placed the order at 6:45pm. At 7:21, I still texted my gf, who was sitting inside waiting, why it took so long. If you want, check your camera. We have the records. Secondly, the 45-minutes-waiting orders were not Cơm Sườn Nướng. They were Bún Măng Vịt and Mỳ Bò Kho. Thirdly, I suffered from the stomachache from one time eating take-out Bún Măng Vịt long time ago, not Cơm Sườn Nướng last week. Please translate then read the first review carefully before replying. I love the dine-in food, honestly; but not the take-out! And the most important, instead of stalking us, make some effort in your customer service. Do you remember all the faces who give you bad review, like me? People should wear a mask when eating here if they don’t want to be stalked. Creepy service! Not even mention before you do really bad customer service in general. Yeah I know because I am in the industry. Never comeback and never recommend. Bye
— My last update made on December 12th: Does my caller ID show that I work in a restaurant? Can’t you admit you are a creepy stalker? Arguing online and stating that customers are unimportant and unworthy? Such a joke in customer service. After all, I figure there is no point in prolonging this conversation as you can’t defend yourself or approach this problem more reasonably.

Read moreGood pho in Hamilton! I'm a Vietnamese food lover, and I've eaten pho everywhere from Toronto Chinatown, to Hanoi alleyways, to Mississauga suburbs, to the outskirts of Seoul. Pho Nhung is really quite good.
One of the bellweathers of a quality pho restaurant is the quality of sauce that comes with the fresh rolls. The fresh shrimp and pork rolls were excellent in taste and size, and the sauce was really rich, flavourful and thick.
I also tried the dry vermicelli with grilled pork, pork sausage and spring roll. I was impressed that they used the fresh noodles instead of the cheaper dried product. The pork was delicious and salad was fresh. I was surprised that the spring roll seems to have potato in it or something. But overall it was everything I want in a Bun (dry noodle) dish.
They also have take-out Banh mi sandwiches for $7.50. I did not get it this time, but I want to try them in the future.
I visited Pho Nhung for the first time in 2021 - it seems a bit expensive, but perhaps it is due to the pressure on the restaurant industry throughout 2020-21.
The only downsides are: The chilli sauce on the table just seems to be a generic sauce, rather than a house recipe. And it's hard to find a good parking spot in this tightly packed and...
Read morePho Nhung is honestly one of the best Hot Pot spots I’ve tried in Hamilton. It is a Chinese, Thai, and Viet fusion restaurant. The Tong Yum soup is super flavorful, with a rich broth that tastes like it’s been simmering all day.
I ordered the A La carte Hot pot, and the portion was super generous. I heard that their Pho is good too. Their spring rolls are crispy and packed with flavor, too.
What I also love is how quick and friendly the service is—staff are always welcoming and the food comes out fast, even when they’re busy. The place is clean, simple, and cozy, nothing too fancy but perfect for a comforting meal. Prices are fair, especially considering how much food you get. If you're craving solid, Pho Nhung is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back soon for...
