I came here for their chicken and rice and I had a really bad experience - I ordered 5 chicken and rice as I was bringing lunch back to my co-workers. They made 3 and then told me I’d have to wait 45 minutes for the remaining two. I didn’t have 45 more minutes (I just waited 15 for the first three and my lunch is only a half hour) I really wished they told me this prior to making the first three. When I told them I didn’t have time to wait the extra 45 mins (for their chicken to cook) they freaked out on me and started yelling, I was in complete shock. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I’m just curious where these people get their customer service skills. As a couple my husband and I walked up to order they took my order and completely ignored him. We proceeded to wait for them to take his order but they called another customer forward. We stood waiting for the food for 15 minutes and yet still no one asked to take his order. My husband said over and over a gyro wrap would be nice and still nothing. For the amount of money that I spent I also could have gone across the way and ordered from Jimmy the Greek who are always happy to take your order and appreciate the business. I’ve been a regular at this place for a while now, and it never disappoints! I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap again today, and it was delicious as always. The flavors are amazing, the ingredients fresh, and it's made just the way l like it. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of food and service you get. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I have everything I need. The owner even takes the time to chat and make you feel welcome, which adds a personal touch that you don't get at many places.
