October 18, 2023- Recent visit. Ordered matcha jade milk tea with grass jelly. Drink was not great tasting. Milk tea was room temperature. The ice has completely melted by the time it was handed over to me. Hardly no taste of matcha and grass jelly since drink was watered down. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order this drink. It was poorly made. I think what happened was the staff used very hot tea as base then added the matcha, grass jelly and added plenty of ice and ended up with bland tasting watered down milk tea at a price tag of $7+. I am having second thoughts of returning. Probably not. Just read another customer complain about the ice and noticed today that there was hardly anyone buying. Before I have a hard time buying since there's a line up.

To the owner train your staff properly on right portions of ice and other ingredients since customers will not return if this happens on a regular basis. I predict your business will end up closing down because of these staff who doesn't care for the quality of drinks they make. Run your business yourself if...

Wow; so I ordered 3 bubble teas from this place (on UberEats) for my little brother's birthday. Unfortunately when I got my order, I only had 2.

I called them right away and let them know, and the lady looked into it for me. She suggested that I may have to take a store credit, but I told her I'd prefer delivery since I paid for delivery and service charges. I ended up completing the UberEats survey and letting them know that I was missing an item and Uber refunded me. I let the shop know I've been refunded, but they insisted on fulfilling the delivery to apologize for their mistake.

Well, not long after I had a ring at my doorbell and someone from the shop showed up with the missing order and 2 additional bubble teas (as per my first order). The person apologized and said the 2 additional bubble teas were gifts for the inconvenience!

You just locked in a customer! Mistakes happen, but I value customer service and conflict resolution so much! No one was rude to me, and everything was resolved within the hour! I'm very impressed and can definitely recommend this place!...

Worker doesn't seem like they want to work there at all time. Drink taste awful at most time. Water down drinks either too much ice or a lot of milk. Sometime out of tea and just add in some hot water to fill to the top. They never have any topping ready and they will tell you they don't have it. Worker always changing the trash and right after making drinks for customer without washing their hand throughout the day. This is not only the first visit but many other visit. Sometime worker rush the work and sometime they just let you wait in the line and never serve you. If you ever used aps for this brand name bubble tea in this location, this store does not want to give you the point, cash you out with a debit or credit machine and will tell you i can't go back to give you the points. worker or owner of this place...
