Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Hamilton

However, before ordering I asked the young man about the $5 Burrito (regular sized). He called the supervisor who then came to us and told us that the $5 Burrito Deal is for the people who have the app and are "Q members."

I asked her if I just had to download the app. She explained that it takes a while for the account to be verified. So even if I downloaded the app that I wouldn't be able to get the $5 deal today.

She further explained that she herself signed up for the deal 2 or 3 weeks ago and she just got the $5 Burrito Deal Offer for the regular burrito today.

While I was eating I downloaded the app. Almost immediately I got an email from Quesada. (See photos)

So I I'm giving this one star for service because the lady clearly lied to us that we wouldn't be able to use the deal today.

When you look further into the deal you can see that it has to be used within 30 days. I I'm not sure if we'll be back in time to use this deal.

I could have bought my burrito which cost me $13. And then I could have use the $5 Burrito Deal Offer for my son's Burrito.

I'm so confused why she would just lie. It wasn't like we weren't going to spend any money.

She also micromanaged the young man while he was preparing my son's child meal. While she did give us the ghost pepper molé inside his burrito child's burrito - that was the only time I see she tried to be customer service friendly.

However, she didn't allow the young man to add any letters tomatoes or cheese that he wanted to go in his burrito. She only allowed him to put chicken, beans, rice & sour cream. I literally had to share my Burrito with him because his was blahhh & void of flavor.

I don't think we'll come back to this...

I just received my order from skip the dishes and this is by far the worst experience I've had. First off - the portion sizes are so small for what you pay. Second, the burrito bowl I got had about 6 chunks of steak in it. The chips tasted stale but the guac was ok. And the pièce de ré·sis·tance, the STEAK tacos had NO STEAK and the rest of it was just slapped together. What was more irritating was that when I called them to ask about the order the "manager" who answered said "Oh there's nothing I can do about it, let me check on it ... I wasn't the one who made it, and I'm not a professional driver so you have to complain on skip the dishes for something to be done". Through out the whole thing, there was no apology or accountability taken and so for principle alone I will never order nor go to this place again. Save your money and go to Burrito Boyz instead! In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Hamilton for quality burritos

I've been to this location a few times as they are pretty close to me and I've never been disappointed. Though this is not a chipotle, it is a close second (yes, I said it)

The ingredients are fresh and the meat is piping hot. I am a fan of spice, and the spicy chicken was packed with heat and nice flavour. The hot salsa was VERY hot, which was a nice treat.

My girlfriend usually gets the steak quesadilla, and she loves it. Generous portions of cheese and steak, and comes out of the press nice and hot.

The house chips and salsa are a nice side to w main course, and come with your choice of salsa or dip

Staff here are pretty friendly, though I have had a pretty limited experience thus far

Overall, if you're a Mexican fan, this is defiantly somewhere to try. I'd put them above burrito boys and XXX, but not...
