Sana Grill — Restaurant in Hamilton

Ordered a Gyro which was priced alright at 8$ but food was mediocre at most. Looked like the food was frozen and then cooked again which means it's not that fresh. The lady was very nice and friendly but sanitation-wise the placed was not very attractive but I wanted to give this place a chance since it was buzzing around other locations. Flies and wasps were swarming the area and saw some wasps where the 'fresh' toppings were at. The lady did not wear any gloves and she wiped her hands on her jeans which common sense tells you that is not good practice for safe food handling. Was utterly disappointed as I always wanted to check it out while walking by the store and word of mouth said the place was decent. This place is utterly disappointing and recommend against visiting any of these franchises. A complaint will be made to Hamilton Health Inspections and I'm hoping it gets shut down so people...

2 stars because other items are good. Honestly the worst shawarma pizza I’ve had in town. And I have tried all of them. The shawarma wraps however are incredible and a great deal aswell. They are stuffed full of meat and toppings and the white sauce is incredible. But tonight I decided to try the pizza and it almost ruined this restaurant for me. The pizza showed up completely raw… not even remotely close to cooked. I cooked a single slice at 400 for 4 minutes and only then it was close to cooked. I left it in for another 2 minutes totaling 6 minutes. How do you deliver a pizza that requires me to cook it for 6 minutes? It only takes ten or so minutes to cook a damn pizza. Very disappointed. I’ll stick to the shawarma wraps and poutine from now on ( which I highly recommend ) but for the love of god please...

I have eaten here for years well NEVER AGAIN. I ordered a chicken shawarma as per usual and when I'm about to dig in expecting it to be filled over the top like normal it was barely half full (see pic) I am not exaggerating and no I had not eaten any bites off the top when the picture was taken. Then to add insult to injury I asked if there was even rice in my shawarma because there wasn't. Well the woman tried to tell me that a chicken shawarma doesn't come with rice that it is extra. Well then why is it that for the last ten years it came with rice at no extra? I was willing to overlook the fact the place is swarming with flies and generally has an unsanitary look to it but not anymore. I am so disappointed, that was the worst $10 I ever spent and am never going back. I suggest you all...
