I visited this place today with my friends, I have worked at ChatterBox before and wanted my friends to try the PaniPuri for the first time. We were all very excited about the place and wanted to have some fun and tasty food but the experience had at ChatterBox not only frustrated us but made us feel discriminated.

At the time of entry, no one greeted us, no one smiled back and went inside completely ignoring us.

After waiting for more than 15 mins the person came out to serve us at live counter but did not care to talk or explain what we were eating (water flavours). This was the first time my friends were trying pani puri and this rude and ignored serving made them feel anward About the whole experience.

The worst part happened when we decided to dine in and order some food. No one gave us menu or didn’t bother to say anything and we had to personally take picture the screens to understand what we can order. After ordered the food the entire staff went inside the kitchen and increased the song’s volume. They increased it soo much that we could not even talk and started getting frustrated.

We ran the bell asking the staff to come out but no one bothered.

After asking them to come out continuously they finally did, we requested them to reduce the volume which they completely ignored and even increased the volume further after going back in the kitchen.

All my friends were super annoyed and visibly frustrated, saying this is one of the worst service they have ever had at any restaurant.

We suffered through the crazy high sound, and had to stay there even after our meal as no one would come out to give us the final bill.

The entire experience was disappointing and feel like it was a mistake to take my friends here with me.

At sometime I used to work here myself and I used to love the experience and the food here, but now I feel targeted as if the employees don’t want me to come here and and deliberately trying to worsen...

Upon entering the nearly empty restaurant, I was greeted by an employee who, to my dismay, seemed more interested in taking phone orders than attending to the customers present. Initially, she asked me to wait for 5 minutes, which I patiently did, understanding that businesses can get busy. However, what followed was absolutely unacceptable.

Despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty, I was asked to wait for another 5 minutes. This was baffling, especially when there were only four other people waiting. What infuriated me further was witnessing the employee prioritize a phone order over a customer standing right in front of her. It was not only disrespectful but also a clear display of negligence towards the customers physically present in the restaurant.

As someone who values good customer service, I find it disheartening that such behavior is tolerated at Chat Ter Box. Customers should be treated with respect and given priority over phone orders, especially when the restaurant is not bustling with activity.

This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I am compelled to share it with others considering dining at Chat Ter Box. I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken seriously, and appropriate measures are taken to ensure that other customers do not have to endure the same level of disrespect and neglect that I experienced.
