I initially asked if I could use an online deal (6INCH199) in-store, since the app wasn’t working for some reason. I even showed the offer to a staff member, and she confirmed it could be applied in-store, so I placed my order based on that. But at checkout, the deal wouldn’t go through. When I said I didn’t want to proceed without the offer, the same employee became visibly annoyed and even started shouting at me instead of helping. Thankfully, another staff member knew how to override the system and apply the deal properly. If it weren’t for her, the experience would have been a total disaster. This location used to be much better and has gone downhill recently. I went in to buy a sub the other day and the lady got angry with me when I decided not to buy it when they didn’t have any spinach. (The sub was already in the oven) the owner of the store called me to say they don’t order spinach because they can’t keep it fresh as long.... I find this hard to believe and more of just a way of cutting cost. Also he then defended the girl in saying “you should understand their frustration” Terrible...
Read moreI've been going here for years and usually quite enjoy the atmosphere. If you don't go too close to peak times, there usually isn't a lineup of people to wait behind.
That said, they should better supervise new staff. Today I got over charged for a separate drink and side rather than as a combo. For a difference of less than a dollar, I was too shy to ask her to change it. This would have been fine but when I got home, I discovered that I was only given 1 cookie. I felt a bit cheated of my money. Basically, if they seem new, don't be afraid to double check everything...
