Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

I usually get my tea and beagle in the morning from this location via Drive-thru while going to work. Usually there is sweet lady working at front but i guess from last 2-3 days a new teen girl working in the morning. I ordered my usual at there and she messed up my order. I asked for Evrthing beagle toasted with butter and hashbrown inside but she gave with cream cheese without hashbrown. And I type of person who pays respects to employees, every time I meet them it’s my basic manner to greet them and always I get greeting’s back from employee like a normal human being. But this new girl is rude she totally ignores my greetings and dont say a thing back, she never says thank you, you are welcome like this is basic things employees must says to customer bcz even I work in customer related field. I have request with this location, you guys must change her duty from taking orders from drive-thru to something else or teach her to pay basic respect to customers and learn to greet back if somebody greet them. I usually never give bad ratings to any place bcz I know this things matter but over...

Every time I go here they are extremely rude and always mess up the order. Today, they charged me extra because they didn’t know how to ring up a “bacon breakfast sandwich on English muffin without cheese”. They rang it up as a sausage breakfast sandwich, remove sausage, remove cheese, add bacon, add egg. When I said it was rang in wrong she removed the “add egg” after complaining it’s because they have new registers and that they’re finicky. Then I get home and the sandwich was honestly only bacon on an English muffin and I paid extra for the bacon! They also messed up on a second sandwich but at least I hadn’t been charged extra for it. They balanced a small hot chocolate by its lid between 2 medium hot chocolates. And while we were waiting, they were complaining about schools being cancelled because it made them so much busier. And they lied to a drive thru customer, telling him it was only one worker inside and that he had only just got to work. The one employee laughed and said “oh, he was making sure you weren’t lying to him!” I’m done giving this location any more...

This location has a great, caring and respectful staff. Great prepared food/meals. And almost always perfectly made coffee (Some trainees make mistakes it happens) location is very clean and sanitary everytime im there I can see one employee mopping around all the others serving.

True story at this location

I was there once a gentleman had to wait almost 15 minutes for his wraps because unforseen to day staff the night stuff turned off the grill to clean it and didn't turn it back on so this gentleman agreed to wait for his wraps after receiving this wraps the store reimbursed him his untire purchase including his coffee with a very sincere apology from the stuff and manager

Service is alway with a smile and satisfaction when I'm there

P.s. Some mistakes are made but always keep in mind some people are new and still in training. Mistakes happen relax and call the location. They will gladly fix it for you.

I would highly recommend this location to others. Over other tim hortons in this area none compare to...
