Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

So I noticed the past year this one was going down hill as most in my neighborhood. All with the same issues:(staff that have no clue that they are doing and clearly don't care to even take the time to learn..burnt, cold , stale food...horrible coffee... unclean environment... horroble customer service ...mixed up orders or items missing from orders etc. But of recent weeks I've noticed that the staffing has gotten a bit better (depending on shift) I went this am and was pleasantly surprised by the staff ...very friendly, fast and mostly importantly my coffee was made right. I didnt have to go home and add more sugar and stir it. Also didn't have to waste my time going back with the wrong coffee. Or worst didn't have to waste money by having to through it away once I get to work and notice it's the wrong order. Dear manager of this tims location I'd take a look at your schedule for Jan 17th am shift ...that team is what's going to make the difference in an increase of business or keeping...

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons, I ordered the new coconut vanilla hot latte and was served something freezing cold in a medium hot beverage cup, I checked the contents of the cup before driving away to notice there was no coconut on top (not a big deal mistakes happen) then got the window employee to fix the mistake nicely. I then took a sip while driving away to notice it was freezing cold as cold as the whipped topping that’s supposed to be on the top along with the coconut so then went into storefront to get this beverage fixed for the second time. While entering the store I could hear rap/hip hop blaring with swearing and some explicit language(you could hear this at front counter while paying for gas)I then was given what I thought was now my correct beverage to find no vanilla flavouring what so ever and no whipped topping! Please if you can do not go to this Timmy’s you will be in for a very big surprise literally because you don’t get served...

I ordered a chicken sandwich, a ham and cheese melt, a mocha iced capp, as well as a caramel iced Capp. (The order was for me and my mom.) when we received our order, there were SEVERAL issues. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich was soggy and brown, they mixed up the syrups in the iced Capp, and they did not melt my ham and cheese melt. It was just two pieces of cheese. I’m not normally one to leave a review, however when I called them to confront them about my issue; the woman on the phone told me that they had many trainees in that day. (As if that excuses it, because all that proves is that they don’t watch what their trainees are doing, because them not putting a MELT into the machine that melts it would’ve been caught right away if they had been supervising.)
