I had went through drive thru and ordered coffees, donuts and a farmers wrap. My order came to approximately 20 dollars. I went back over to the hospital and doled out the items I had purchased. But my farmers wrap was missing. I attempted to call the location several times and only got hung up on, so I went back into the location and notified the lady at the front desk who was very polite. The manager(I am not sure of her name) looked up my order and said âsir you never ordered a farmers wrap so youâre not getting a free farmers wrap, so unless your prepared to pay for it I suggest you just leaveâ. She then said âUnless you have a receipt stating what you ordered then bequiet and leave. Again, if you donât have a receipt, I suggest you leaveâ. I was absolutely taken aback by this, because for one she hadnât even heard my plight yet about how the order came to about 20 dollars, WITHOUT the farmers wrap, but just the sheer audacity she had to tell me to leave the restaurant that I had just came through and purchased items 20 or so minutes beforehand. When I confronted her about it, stating i didnât want free food, I just simply wanted to locate why my order was that amount without the wrap on the order, and why she felt the need to be just absolutely degrading in front of other customers and her very own employees that sheâs supposed to be an example for. Iâm absolutely disgusted with her miserable attitude, and told her if I did pay for it then Tim Hortons can have it and I donât need to beg for food from this establishment. Personally, with a customer service attitude like that I am absolutely shocked she is in a position of management, and honestly believe if she was the manager of my store, she should be fired. Good riddance Tim Hortons, keep your...

Stopped in for a coffee and the service was terrible. The cup I was handed wasnât even full. Why give me a cup thatâs like that ? I didnât pay for a small coffee that was equivalent to a small because the cup was so far down .When I questioned it, the staff gave me attitude and made a stink about me âtouchingâ the lid â yet she still took the same cup (which I had touched), went to the pot, and poured more coffee into it. Then she slapped another lid on top. So now what am I supposed to do with the first lid she wouldnât take back? Makes no sense. And I touched the cup more than the lid
On top of that, the place looked dirty , cups, paper, and other garbage items laying around outside by the trash cans . Between the poor service, attitude, and the messy environment, this was a very disappointing experience. Tim Hortons you are definitely going downhill You use to be the go to and was top notch. Itâs things like this that makes us go to Mac Donaldâs. They value their customers, hear them when they speak and appreciate the environment.
Update đ I just wanted to update my review because I was impressed by how this Tim Hortons handled things afterward. The manager actually called to apologize and took my feedback seriously, that really meant a lot. When I went back to speak with them, I noticed a difference. The place looked much cleaner, and someone was out there making sure everything stayed tidy. You could tell they cared about fixing the issue and making things right.
Itâs not every day you see that kind of effort, and I respect that. Thanks to the manager and team for showing that customer service still matters, you definitely earned back some trust today. Thank you for...
Read moreI stopped by this Tim Hortons to grab a coffee and some food on 30th mayâs evening . The food was good, and so were the coffeesâno complaints there.
However, what really concerned me was the situation with the washrooms. When I first entered the store, both washrooms had âcleaningâ signs up. I figured someone was in the process of cleaning, so I waited patiently. But even after 40 minutes, the signs were still up. I saw a team member clean one of the washrooms and then return to the back, changing her gloves from blue to white before resuming other tasks.
I asked another staff member how long the washroom would be unavailable, and they told me they didnât know. I then asked to speak with the manager, who said it would be another 5â6 minutes. I waited patiently, hoping it would be resolved soon.
In total, I waited an hour just to use the washroom. Eventually, I gave up and went to A&W nearby. On my way back, I noticed the âcleaningâ signs were still upânow nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes had passed.
Is it even legal to keep public washrooms closed for that long without any explanation? It seemed like they just didnât want to clean them or allow customers to use them.
What if it had been a pregnant woman, a child, or an elderly person in need? This level of disregard for basic customer needs is...
