This salad that I ordered was so d* amazing. The salt was dead on honestly. I'm so glad that I saw the big bowl sitting on the counter. Because that is exactly what I needed today. I've had their swarms a couple of times and they're delicious but oh my God. I'm not even done my salad I couldn't even wait to make this review. Because I had to just share how freaking amazing it was. I love it. It is flavor town all the way now. My shawarma is taking the back seat to my salad! And for $10, it was certainly worth it. And you could definitely share this with someone else. I can't tell you. I ordered a fry from another restaurant. They charged me 1099 and the bottom of my box was full. This is worth 1099. Great value. Great flavor and I just couldn't wait to rave about it. The service was very good too. Incredible It's so good i'm not sure I'll make it to my shwarma! Lol 😆 I haven't had such a good salad from any other restaurant. It reminds me of my mother's salad. I'm really enjoying it. And they put these crunchy things on it reminds me of a hard shell taco I know it's not a taco I just can't think of the name but it's delicious and unique. Thank you guys i'm enjoying this!!!! Have the salad you will not regret it! Okay, so, after making my review and enjoying my salad, I decided it was time for the shwarma and let me just tell you. It has been a while since I've had LA Luna's Schwarzenegger. I have been trying other places because it's closer to where I live. But oh my God, delicious times a million honestly, guys like I totally forgot just how amazing their shwarmers are. I promise to never try anywhere else to list a few. I'm talking about osmo's Tahiti's neighbors. I have found it. I had always known about Luna. Sad is they don't have a close enough location to me app on the mountain, so good. ...

I was so disappointed tonight. I use to work at la luna but at a different location and if someone ordered a chicken and rice I would ask if they wanted shish Tawook chicken because it's chicken breast in a sauce or I would ask if they want Shawarma. Alot of people have no idea what Shish Tawook is. Alot of people are going to pick Shawarma unless you give a taste of shish tawook. Instead of making it an option on the app to pick which one I assumed it would be Shawarma and not shish tawook. Shish Tawook is completely different then Shawarma. I had no idea I had to specify which one I wanted. I thought when its chicken and rice I would get Shawarma and if I wanted Shish Tawook I would specify again because not everyone knows what shish Tawook is. Also when I worked if someone ordered off skip the dish and they didn't specify I would pick up a phone and call the customer to verify because in store we ask but on the app it doesn't ask. I guess it was to hard for the guys to pick up a phone and call and ask considering I have never ordered from this location and magically people are going to know chicken and rice comes with shish tawook chicken some chicken some people have no idea what it is or never heard of it. Let's also add its chicken breast. It's only this location that doesn't ask. When I left this location I went to 2 other locations and they both asked me. Let me also add the 2 guys were completely rude and definitely don't know how to deal with customers. The one guy also hung up the phone on me. The one guy that didn't hang up the phone started to act nicer at the end but my goodness the way they talk to a customer...

Horrible service! They couldn’t seem to get our food right no matter how many times I told them what I wanted. My friend asked for no pita in the salad and she got it with pita. She cannot eat bread products due to her dietary restrictions. I asked for a fattoush salad platter with chicken and hot sauce. I asked for them to hold the pita as well. They brought me a giant salad on a platter with no chicken. I ate some of it but no chicken came. I went up to the counter and asked for the rest of my meal. I said I would take a container for the salad as it’s too big to eat all at once. He said he was preparing the rest of the meal. I went and sat down and 10 other people came and went with their food yet I still didn’t have my chicken nor hummus or any other sides. I went back up to the counter and he was putting the food in a take out container and into a plastic bag. I just took it to the table where we were trying to eat our lunch. I opened the bag and took the food out. There was only pita and chicken and garlic sauce and hot sauce. There was no hummus or falafel which was supposed to be part of the meal. At that point I gave up and packed what I was given and we left. I will 100% never ever return to that location. The one on concession and on king st are fantastic but this was pathetic. I would’ve liked to get my money back as I never got what I ordered even after repeatedly going to get it...
