Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

I visited this site at 10 pm and asked for two bagels for my kids. The girl serving seemed least interested in serving. If you don’t want to work, don’t work but be at work and provide horrible service. After she prepared our bagel, I have to my kids but I noticed that she only hardly put any butter on the cinnamon bagel and crm cheese only spread lightly on one side. When I asked her to put butter properly in both sides, she denied. She denied the proper application of cream cheese on the other bagel too. While she denied this she spoke in a rude tone. Eventually when I explained her that every time I have visited Tim Hortons, k have not seen the bagels be spread so lightly with butter or cream cheese and I paid a dollar extra for herb and garlic crm cheese. Very reluctantly she agreed and put butter on the other side of the bagel and crm chs on the other one. Kids were happy eventually. But please Tom Hortons, you need to work on the customer...

They gave me an iced coffee instead of the fudge brownie iced latte with almond milk I ordered, and when I asked about it, they insisted it was what I had requested. There was no brownie, and the slow-cooked bowl had no taste and was missing rice. They were so confused between orders, and I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru. They kept giving me someone else's coffee initially, and they just didn't understand what a mobile order was, even after I mentioned it ten times and showed them my phone. The order taker kept referring to my bowl as a wrap. Bro, I paid over $15, and at the very least, I expect good service and food. If you're only in it for the money, then please quit your jobs so someone who deserves it can provide better service. Disappointing service Order timing 03:55 pm 04:15

I went to this tim Hortons this morning to buy a gift card and Ajay served me. He was so friendly and I asked him about a couple gift cards that I had purchased back on Halloween from the Tim Hortons on Lake Avenue and Barton that were supposed to be gifts. Not only did the other store screw up the balances the very rude manager at Barton and lake didn't even try to help me. I called head office 4 times and they didn't help me either. So I told Ajay about this and he had the problem solved in under 5 minutes. He has amazing customer service. I hope he sees this and how much I appreciated his help today. Also , I hope this reaches the miserable manager on Lake ave/ Barton location and head office . You are in a business where customer service should be top priority and yet you are awful at it....
