I stopped into chopped leaf for a quick salad today. Before I came by, I checked out the menu online. I saw the southwest salad, and went in with the intention to order that.
Once inside, I noted the southwest salad was not on their menu, but the southwest bowl was. I asked the lady working if it was possible for me to get the southwest salad. She told me yes, and so I ordered that. Take my salad, and look forward to a nice colourful salad.
You can imagine my disappointment when I got home and did not have the southwest salad that has peppers, and corn, cheese and a cilantro vinaigrette, but the Sunshine salad which has apples, cucumbers, and the green goddess dressing.
If you didn't have the product I wanted, I would rather you say that you don't rather than give me a different product that...
Read morePlaced a pick-up order well ahead of time (30 minutes), came in and the store is empty, and the girls working were sitting on the back counter, chatting to each other. When I tell them I have a pick up order one of them checks the screen and doesn’t even address me and starts talking to her coworker. When I asked why the food wasn’t ready they mumble something about a new ordering system? But then they don’t even check my name and start making a different order, and it wasn’t until I pointed it out that they started making my order, nearly 25 minutes after pickup time. Clearly, instead of the new system they just didn’t check the online orders at all. The lack of acknowledging their mistake and blaming the new system and their downright rude attitude...
Read moreHad requested a pick-up order for 30-35 minutes later through their website and they had 2 female staff who literally sat around on their phones and didn’t actually make the food until we got there. NOBODY else was there, not a single customer. And it took them an additional 25-30 minutes for them to make it — because they literally didn’t even check my name and started making the WRONG online order. All without an apology too?? I would recommend to go to a different location with better customer service. How do they get to hold down a job when there are so many others desperate for any part...
