Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Kamloops

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY !!! I decided to leave a review here because I still have not been contacted back from chopped leaf after ending up in the hospital 3 weeks ago. I ordered my normal wrap and informed the staff that I have a peanut allergy but when I ate my wrap there was cross contamination and I had a peanut in it. I instantly went into anaphylactic shock and got rushed to the hospital. The staff do not take allergies seriously and it will kill someone one day. I am lucky that it was not me but someone else may not be as lucky. I understand there is no guarantee that cross contamination does not happen but if it was taken a little more seriously ( as it should ) I would not of had the experience I had. The worst part of this is that I sent TWO very nice emails to chopped leaf not blaming anyone but myself for putting myself in the situation and got NO response. That is not how you deal with someone almost dying at your restaurant. Moral of the story do not eat here if you have any...

I had high hopes for my visit to Choppe Delaf, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, the atmosphere seemed promising, but that’s where the positives ended.

well the service was far below par. The staff was unresponsive and inattentive; it took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order, and the food arrived cold. When I mentioned this to the server, there was no apology, just a dismissive response.

All in all, my visit to Chopped leaf was a disappointment, and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. I hope they address these issues to improve their service and...

3 staff and 3 customers waiting for their food, one of the staff asks the other staff if they need help getting the food ready and the staff person says no.

NowI am watching the staff person cutting up grape tomatoes one by one while we wait for our food. Absolutely unacceptable

The staff people should automatically be helping each other to get the customers who are waiting go out of the store asap. Not ask to help and then go about cleaning. This is customer service 101. This customer service at north hills mall chopped leaf deserves less...
