I promised my kid two scoops if he ate my dad's ethnic German dinner and he picked vanilla for both. Ive never been filled with so much shame, because this place has so many flavours. The worker assured me it was at least a good vanilla so I took a "mom tax" lick and it was indeed quite good.

I got raspberry cheesecake and cookies and creme though slightly disappointed they didn't have Nanaimo brownie (i saw it in the Google photos and it spoke to me on a spiritual level - what british Columbian doesn't love a Nanaimo bar? Ive never had a nanaimo bar ice cream but that sounds so frickin incredible).

My dad had all canadian moose which he liked but in line they ask you to have your flavour ready (because covid) before you enter and his other flavour was obscurely named (roly poly - he picked it because his nickname is roly) and when he asked what it was (rolo ice cream) he had to make a snap decision to change it to a coffee flavour and found it very similar to all canadian moose.

The line was quite long, so I felt quite bad standing there asking what different flavours were like "wet paint" and "shark attack". I am not deducting a star because of a huge lineup for ice cream in kamloops heat - i am only deducting a star because though I know flavours change with availability, I do think there should be a more efficient way to convey what flavours are available from outside the store while in line and their components to keep things moving, and the same star, not another star because I dont quite understand how a paper cup is nearly a dollar fifty more expensive than a cone. Imo a cone is an experience and a cup is convenience and the former is worth more. I also avoided buying an extra cup for my son because of the cup tax (he is a messy eater and I foresaw this) and he dropped the last quarter of his cone and I had to give him the last of my ice cream.

In any case, the ice cream is good quality and I did enjoy it. I would go again but would probably bring some Tupperware to dump the ice cream in when it gets to "about to topple" levels, which happens quickly in a place like kamloops and would ask the place to give more info on the...

Jolly good friends took me to Scoopz when I first came to Kamloops in summer last year, and I was really impressed with the quality of the Ice-cream. It was really creamy and cold enough. I have purchased from Scoopz twice this summer as I look forward to having it whenever I go downtown. The first time I couldn’t really place what was wrong, it just felt really off and cold, it didn’t feel creamy. I decided to purchase again this time 2 weeks after, and I got the same feeling but even worse because i could literally feel the ice crumbles in the Ice-cream. My partner and I had to do away with it because it was hurting our tongues , especially for me as I tried licking it off my waffle cone continuously. Waiting for it to defrost was a bad idea because it just got watery. It’ll be great to tone down on water or Ice being added to the Ice-cream mixture because it’s ruining the supposed creamy texture, and making it less enjoyable. I am not happy with my two purchases, and I really don’t think I will be making purchases this summer again due to...

First they try to get you to order online stating no charge for pick up when it's an extra 1 1/2 bucks, then they don't have the flavor they list available, then they give the wrong flavor, and finally charge almost $10 for a couple scoops of ok ice cream. Never again and I would advise to go elsewhere!!

For Owner regarding your reply: Unfortunately it is your exact location!! You have Tutti online as the link to order for pick up. I realized the extra fee when considering it. When I saw the upcharge I decided to order at the counter. The listed flavor was not available! Then I was given the wrong flavor having made a new choice. Sorry you just don't have good business practices...people should not accept this type of poor service and you should take responsibility for your location instead of implying you would treat me right. You don't get a second chance especially when you deny your deficiencies and poor service and charge extra for them I gave you 2 stars only because I like...

I was recommended to visit Scoopz Ice Cream Parlour, and it exceeded my expectations! They offer a wide range of flavors, including dairy-free options, so everyone in the group found something they enjoyed. The ice cream portions are generous, and every flavor we tried was fantastic. I personally tried the Shark Attack and Red Velvet flavors, and they were incredible! The shop is ideally situated just across from the park, making it a perfect stop for refreshments. There’s seating available for 8 to 10 people, so we could sit and enjoy our treats comfortably. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Our total bill was close to 10 CAD, which was quite reasonable for the quality and quantity we received. It was a friends' meet-up, and calling my friends' kids to join made it even more special.

Scoops always has very friendly staff. Although it is not unreasonably priced it is a little more expensive. There are lots of options here. Although I wish they had a nut allergy section that was 100% away from any other ice creams containing nuts as a lot of them have nuts there. In saying that their ice cream is delicious and there's lots of options to how you can eat it. My family and I like to get it and then head down to the park for a nice walk around. If you are in Kamloops in the summer I would highly suggest stopping in 2 scoops and getting yourself some ice cream.

Wow, this is easily the best ice cream parlour I've ever been to! 6/5 stars, easily. This beats any in Vancouver. I wish I wasn't a 7 hour drive away from here 🤣. We came here since we were staying at Sun Peaks. And the staff here are all so friendly! I was so surprised that everyone was this kind. They patiently waited as we were being indecisive. The scoopz they gave us were massive! It's totally worth the price, maybe even better. Please come to scoopz if you're ever in Kamloops. I guarantee it's the best in town!
