I would give this location a minus 1 if I could due to the service I had on my last visit. My fience and i ordered food, we were eating at the only table available at that time. When we were halfway through our meal my fience had got up to use the washroom so it was just me at the table. The girl working the cash register told me I had to leave the booth so two men that just ordered food could sit down. So I did because i was embarassed that she told me to leave. I gathered my shopping bags and waited outside for my fience. After I left the same employee knocked on the bathroom door and told my fience that he needs to hurry up because people were waiting for the washroom. I need to mention my fience has irritable bowl syndrome and sometimes takes a while. Next thing he knows there is a security guard now knocking on the door telling him he needs to get out of the washroom the he proceeds to open the door with a key provided by the cashier mentioned above. When the securith opened the bathroom door my fience was still sitting on the toilet with his pants down. How embarrassing is that?. I will not go back to this location due to this incident. We were never rude or disruptive in anyway, we were well dressed and clean and we are not bad people so I don't understand why she...

I was just outside their location preparing some documents at the picnic table, and overheard two employees talking about another. In an incredibly judgmental way, in public, outside, with lots of people passing by.

After a good 4-5 minutes of having no choice but to hear what they're talking about, one of them starts talking very rudely about anxiety, and the person they were talking about having it. I spoke up, and articulately, but politely told them that if I was the owner of that establishment I'd be reprimanding them; not the new employee probably on probably their first job ever that they were so rudely talking about.

I ended what I said with "Remember only small minded people talk about others." To which one of them responded with "Small minded people listen to other people talking.". I for one will NEVER eat at this establishment, and wouldn't if I'd just listened to what they'd said and walked away. After that interaction I wouldn't even consider it.

This was witnessed by multiple people. I told them I'd be following up with the owner about this too, because their behaviour before we interacted and after was absolutely unacceptable.

So today my son went in and order us food. He brings it to the car and good thing I checked. We ordered Froggy beef enchilada and I open food and check its chicken.i bring it in and politely ask if this can be fixed. The cashier was great but the young cook in the back was extremely rude. She started to argue with me about what was ordered and what was made. I politely asked her not to argue with me and just make the food please. Then the cashier said I’ll go and make sure she’s making the right food. You can hear the cashier telling the young girl that chicken comes with rice and the beef comes with salad and refried beans and only then she realized she did something wrong.
