HORRIBLE experience I have ever had at any Tim Hortons. I would give it zero stars if I could. Went in today around 4:30pm-4:45pm to get my vanilla latte that they had forgotten to give me the last time I was there and obviously something else to eat. I don't live near there so I had called after my last visit which was two weeks ago and said that they had forgotten my vanilla latte and the lady was very sweet she said that I could come grab it the next time I was in. When I went in today I told the cashier that and she told me to wait and got me to talk to this other gentlemen. He asked me when this was and what was my name and I told him. He went to the back and started going through this book and came to me and said I don't see anything in the book if there was a mistake it would have been written in here. I told him I did talk to someone and they told me to come grab it. He kept on saying theres nothing in the book I can't do anything, theres nothing in the book so. And I was like can I not talk to anyone else and he's like no and I was like can I contact them via email he said no and was like why not, he's like that's personal information. How can you not complain to the manager via their email I mean it has to be a work email or didn't even give me any other option to contact someone regarding this matter. He didn't even know himself what he was saying first he said you have to call in the morning from 8am-9am, I said I have school and work I can't then. Then he said you have to call in morning from 8am-10am and lastly he said you have to call in morning because they work from 6am-2pm like even at that point didn't even think he was telling the truth or didn't know himself like this is what you call a supervisor. He was so rude and he had so much arrogance in himself. Before leaving I asked his name he's like why with such a rude face gesture and I was like I can know your name everyone had a name tag and he didn't (might have token it off so I don't say anything or know who he was) then ended up saying it so quietly and with arrogance Baelirk, or Balark don't even know and claims himself to be a supervisor. Have never seen a supervisor all tight and rude. Don't know what these people think of themselves don't want to be rude but these international kids coming here becoming supervisors and think they can just run this place like that but...
Read moreWhile I certainly won’t come here for the coffee and just the doughnuts/Ice Capps, I wish they would treat customers in the front with some respect. Far too often have I come across the uncaring and quite frankly rude employee, and don’t even get me started on when they make a mistake or just mess up.
Their mobile app is a joke and doesn’t work most of the time, considering it’s been out for quite a while employees don’t seem to understand how it works and will keep asking to see your phone, because the order on their end was apparently somehow different than yours?
Wait time’s can be brutal too, I’ve had it where they’ve seemingly “forgotten” my order, and have left me standing there for a long time even after I paid them. When this happens It’s only after I keep pestering them multiple times they eventually give me my order with a grumbling attitude.
The biggest issue employees aside is their hours, I’ve noticed people changing the times to the correct one on Google but they always switch them back. This whole store is NOT open 24 hours and only just the drive through, it’s misleading and should have it changed to actually reflect when they open and close. Even on the stores window they ended up removing their times and just slapped a “24 hours” sticker instead, that’s lazy and most people have no idea when this place...
Read moreThere's a lot of very good workers here and in the past for like 15 years this was 100% the best tims in kamloops for service and fast paces customer service. The only reason I'm making a review today is because with in the past month or Two the workers at the cash register or even while waiting for drinks have been very rude to the customer. I have been yelled at at the till for trying to order my food by some of them, I have been ignored while speaking and made to stand there for 5 minutes when I should only have to reapet myself once while the till worker stares at me not even moving to work the till and refusing to listen to the order being giving, and I have watch some of the young woman working there loose it at customers asking why there drinks haven't been made yet saying "it's made I called your name" then turning around to make the drinks because they haven't taken care of an online order in 20 minutes while it a slower part of the day. I knew this isn't all the workers cause most are very good at there job here but latly there's been a few that have really brought this well earned tims status very far down for how they treat there customers while working for a job that is suposte to provide...
