Gone down hill… been here many times and it was always decent, not last night. Screw up after screw up. Ordered nachos - they were cold and had next to no toppings and took nearly 45 mins to get them. We asked the server to take them back. They put the same nachos back into the oven and brought them back BURNT. Keep in mind these cost 30 dollars… we sent them back again. Also ordered 3 shrimp tacos and 1 chicken, we got 3 chicken and 1 shrimp. One was with no tomatoes - surprise! There were tomatoes in it. As I had never been to Vinnys before, I had no idea what to expect. Walking in the door I knew this place was special. The staff were welcoming. They have a fantastic happy hour. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The portions are incredible. The quality is even greater. My server was so friendly and helpful. I stayed to watch the Oilers game. Fantastic environment with friendly and respectful fans. I will be back very soon.

And when we did get the food it had clearly been sitting out.
