Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kawartha Lakes

Unbelievable, I was manager for Tim Hortons for 15 years, only left a couple r years ago, over my dead body would I refuse to give any reasonable request of sugar packets on the side to a customer especially per coffee ! Got 2 XL Triple Triples asked for 10 packets of sugar on the side because I know as a manger you can’t always trust the sugar machine is calibrated or even full when making a beverage and trusting good what intelligent human being you guys decided to hire that day ! They said they would only give 3 packets of sugar on the side to a PAYING CUSTOMER!! Get your heads straight around here lindsay ! I would bend over backwards for my customers ! Oh, and if you’re worried about your inventory stock, maybe teach your employees how to punch in on side 10 sugar or on side 10 cream whatever the us timer wants, that’s how it works!

A few months I purchasing 12 muffins, which form come cheap at Tim Hortons anymore ! I also asked is they could exchange me my $25 cash for a roll of loonies and was refused by the manager up in the Whitney town centre say they were not allowed to that ! I asked if she if she even did her deposit yet or has an extra roll in the back but the answer was just we an aren’t allowed to do that, I did that anytime I could for my customers even if they wernt a regular ! It’s called going above and beyond for your customers people ! What kind of owners are running these stores ! You should all be ashamed of yourselves ! And I get that part of town you might have some customers that try and take advantage of you, but from my experience you should know who those customers are, if it’s the regulars pulling a “stunt” or not; The employees should know when people are trying to take advantage of them and who isn’t and if you are a paying customer You are allowed to ask for as many cream milk, sugar on the side as you like, your million dollar owners telling their to stop being great servers and be as cheap as possible in your stores is disgusting...

We are as they call us their usuals. Ideals dont even have to say my order they automatically know it as soon as they see me. Very good at remembering their regular customers from their non regular customers. My coffee is always perfect. Line ups could be shorter but what do you expect its a busy spot just like any other restaurant in town. Now I do wish that they would get knew door handles for the washrooms, ones that have the switch to say occupied or vaccant because you never know if its in use until you go to turn the handle and walk in and end up slamming into the door. It be more convient and less broken door handles and angry customers. People complaining about the "creeps, scum etc.." that hang out in the parking lot well those are the locals. Most of us buy a good 5-10 coffees during the time here and its where people like to meet friends throughout the week. Plus you get to meet new people. I specifically love the muscle cars and bikes that gather here. Nice people not scum bags as you may call them. Dont like it use another timmies theres 6 of them in...

If i could rate no stars for this location i would. I used to love stopping here for the go to tims in town but after what i had experienced tonight i wont be back here i came inside to keep dry while i waited for my mom to come and pick me up she was running late and she was coming to give me some money for a hot drink but Because just sitting inside keeping dry is a problem to them they kicked me out a lady with glasses and brown hair middle aged told me i could not sit inside because i did not buy anything she told me to leave i will never come back to this location again i always see people sitting inside without buying anything but if its someone like me its a problem i am disgusted with this Location and there staff total discrimination this not only happened to me but to some of my family members aswell the owner is also to blame for...
