Stopped in the drive thru on my way home from the cottage. I was ‘greeted’ by a gentleman who made it sound like my visit was an inconvenience. Once I reached the window the lady made no efforts to try and reach my phone to scan my points or reach out with the card reader making me have to lean unreasonably far out of my window. After I paid, the manager told me there’s no eggs for my breakfast sandwich and offered scrambled eggs instead which was kind of her but I didn’t opt for it so I asked for a refund for that item. They tried to hand me cash instead of refunding the amount back onto my card and seemed very pissed when I had asked for the refund on my card. I reordered a bagel to replace my breakfast sandwich and once it was ready, they handed me only a bagel and not my coffee or muffin I had paid for. The attitudes of these employees is honestly not what I wanted first thing in the morning especially when I have a long drive ahead of me. I have never been to a Tim Hortons with this type of customer service, especially from a manager. I would suggest visiting a different coffee shop in the area if you would like to start your day...
Read moreService here is garbage. Corporate should be contacted and informed of how terrible this Tim hortons is run. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired. The owner of this establishment should be getting fined . The employees have 0 customer service skills, the coffee is always burnt and never made properly, the food is hardly cooked half the time. Then to top it all of this morning , as I'm sitting waiting in line I noticed two other cars pull ahead on the opposite speaker, I had been sitting there waiting to have my order taken, so I pulled out and went to the other speaker , I informed the woman on speaker that there's a chance the speaker isn't working because I've been sitting here and you've taken other people before myself , her answer was " it was only one person I'm watching you on camera" so to me that seemed very much intentional and her behavior and attitude were nothing to brag about. So clearly we have attitude here but not...
Read moreI walked almost half an hour to get to Tim Hortons with my small pekenese dog... I didn't think it was that far, and by the time I arrived, my poor dog was hopping with frozen feet. I picked him up and went inside, and was immediately told to take him outside. Now, in normal weather I'd be ok with that, but his feet were frozen and it would have been cruel, which I pointed out to the guy who told me to leave. I asked then if I could just give him my order and wait outside for it so I could hold the dog. HE TOLD ME NO. So I had to walk all the way back empty-handed. Worst of all, I was coming to get about $20 worth of food for my parents - one of which is having chemotherapy and is having trouble eating, but can stomach some of the items on Tim Horton's menu. I am absolutely furious, freezing and starving, and extremely unhappy right now. Tim Horton's used to be the kind of place that cared...
