Baxter's Bar and Grill - Pub and Grub — Restaurant in Kelowna

The server that served us a while ago is very disappointing and very rude we have asked for a refill for a while but she forgot or intentionally ignored us. She didn't even came to check up on us when dropped off our food, but we saw the other waitresses have gone and checked up on their costumers. We understand that it is a very busy night, but still she still have to check up on us specially that I have asked for a refill half way our food. She came back at our table when it was time for the bill, I informed her that she didn't get my refill, but that is ok we will just have the bill. Then she was having at attitude answer, something about the gas beer, etc. She left and came back with the machine and bill and she mentioned again about the gas beer and she was not about to pour me a refill without it, I told her, well if you could have told me that earlier I could have asked for water instead coz I was really thirsty. And she flat our said well you are not the only one here, bang the debit machine on the table and left saying the "F". What kind of service is this? Is it because we are 2 asians and she is thinking we wont tip? It is just disappointing seeing other waitress have the time check on thier customer and we asked for just a refill and we didn't get it and she has the audacity to have a rude attitude towards us. Wings were good here. We had the dry salt, honey garlic, sweet Chili and lemon pepper. The dry salt was too salty in my opinion but the honey garlic was really good, not to sweet. The sweet Chili tastes similar to other pubs and the lemon pepper was really good. The fries were really crispy which I love. The food came out quick but the rest of the service was not great. We sat outside on the patio which was a mistake. We didn’t realize smoking was allowed and the guy was chain smoking the entire time which wasn’t pleasant.
