Saw online that they have gluten-friendly pancakes. This was the only reason we came here for breakfast. We were seated quickly. They only had 2 servers and they were busy. Service was slow, but was okay. After ordering the gluten-friendly pancakes, we waited a bit and the server came back to tell us they didn't have any gluten-friendly pancakes or waffles. They have gluten-friendly hamburger buns, but can't substitute them for breakfast (I was thinking to use them for "toast" since they only have gluten bread). We were basically told all the other meals for the table were already made and I had to pick something and couldn't leave now. The gentleman next to us tried to order them as well and his server said they don't even have the ingredients to make gluten-friendly pancakes yet. So why are you advertising you have them? Why can't you go buy a gluten-free pancake mix from a grocery store until you get them?

The server kindly took off $10 for my original order of the pancake combo on the bill. So I only paid $5 for mine total after ordering a bunch of sides to try and make a meal.

I am very dissapointed with the lack of servers. This location needs more servers, especially on special days like today (Senior Special). I am mad that you're advertising something you apparently don't even have yet. And that you can't substitute a hamburger bun for an option for gluten-friendly bread for breakfast...? We could have gone somewhere else with better gluten-friendly options, so it was a waste of time and money for me. I am not coming back here and don't recommend this place for gluten-free/celiac people.

I appreciate the friendly server we had. Thank you for the discounted meal and for working under such stress at a busy time in...

Worst service ever. Always has been the worst service ever. I’ve lived here for 28+- yrs and never once have I had anything close to acceptable service.

This particular visit was 4.25 hrs long, and not because we like the atmosphere. After being seated it was close to 45 mins to get our drinks, at least that long to have our “server” query our orders.

She took us all by surprise when she assisted one of our group personally with selecting his specific meal.

A good HOUR later- two cold dead waffles with melted runny whipped cream and some strawberry’s that could have done without their extended stay under the heat lamp arrive to our group. She leaves. We are missing a meal. The one she helped him pick.

20 ish mins later ( waffles are destroyed by now/we were hungry and hunger overtook manners sadly this day) we are asked how everything s tasting. She defends her action of not providing the third meal having only written down 2. She “voided” his meal by mistake. It’s been reordered, it will. Be right out. We are rounding the 4 hour mark when his meal arrives, and he’s been provided with a complimentary glass of coke and a used that there will be no discount on his forgotten meal our dead waffles, nor will anyone be reimbursed for our exponential amount of time spent, poor meal quality and...

Went IHOP with granddaughters today because kids eat free. Confirmed the deal was on when we enter and waitress was rude and harsh with comments. Took our seats only 4 tables occupied in entire restaurant We had this same waitress a month prior and she was very slow and not happy to be there. We waited with 2 young girls for 15 minutes and she never came back to help us. Eating out with young girls is challenging enough without being addressed or helped at all for such along time when it is not busy. We unfortunately had to leave I doubt we will ever return and I actually like ihop food. We went to Smitty’s and had a great experience They were glad we were there and it was awsome. Hopefully ihop can get some better servers

Well I wrote this review a few weeks ago because of how disappointed I was in the service I received from IHOP staff. On this review ihop management emailed for more information from and said they would contact me within 4 business days. I thought that is great service and maybe I just had a bad experience. Well unfortunately IHOP management cares even less and do not follow up when they say they are going to. It has over 2 weeks with no response even after follow up emails which they requested.

I guess I had my last IHOP experience Good luck to those who...

You know what you're going to get at IHOP - lots of coffee and breakfast options all day, grease if you want it, sugar if you don't 😉 There are healthier options if you look, and my Cali melt had fresh avocado and tomatoes on it struck the right balance for my mood. The caramel apple hot chocolate was SWEET. I have a sweet tooth and it was very sweet! Tasty, with apple and caramel flavour with the hot chocolate and whipped cream, but very sweet. If you don't like chains, don't come, but I have a sweet spot for IHOP. Good kid's menu and many non alcoholic drink options also!

In all honesty, I'd say that you would be paying for the professional service and heart-warming breakfast atmosphere—the menus are arguably too overpriced given that there's barely any meat/protein and mostly carbohydrates and fruits. On a positive note, the staffs were very friendly and professional. One of them kept checking on me every once in a while (not my thing but I appreciate it). Food was served fairly quickly too: my Banana Crepes with Nutella took less than 10 minutes to come out. Last but not least: free parking on the location!

Stopped by for brunch. My group had french toast and omelettes. I enjoyed my omelette (make your own with mushrooms, green peppers and onions). It was good comfort food. No complaints about the service, it was efficient for coffee refills and the staff wore face shields. I would've liked to see more tables vacant as walk by traffic happened often, but I understand a business still needs customers. They have a good system and take your name/phone number, and ask customers to wait at their car or outside for a text when a table is ready.
