I ordered a large extra spicy veggie soup (pho) with "spicy lemongrass" broth. The spicy scale goes from 1 to 6 and I chose 6. It wasn't spicy AT ALL. The large soup was all liquid and no contents. There were hardly any noodles or tofu in my soup. Even adding the chili sauce didn't make this soup spicy. I dont know they did it but they made a terrible dish with no ingredients. $13.60 I'll never get back.

Best pho in Kelowna so far! I've tried them all. The rare beef noodle soup is what I get and the noodles and beef are perfect! The broth is a little more on the bland side but I just add chili oil, hoisin, sriracha, basil. I'm used to pho on the coast so it's been a hard search here for good pho but I think I've found it!

Great lunch stop. Service was friendly, food was fast and fresh. I'm Gluten Free and the menu was easy for me to navigate in making decisions and the waitress was also very helpful. I had a delicious deep fried spring roll (GF!) noodle bowl and Vietnamese coffee. Will absolutely be coming back next time I swing through.

Came here to try something new. Location is cute. We ordered 2 items from the menu to share. The waitress brought out a bowl of food and a tray with the lunch box meal. First time coming here so we didn't know the order was wrong and my wife started eating. The waitress came over and asked if our order was wrong and we noticed the bowl of food was not what we had ordered. Honest mistake for both the staff and us. The issue we have is the staff said they would need to charge us for the food even though it was them that brought out the wrong order. We were surprised and said we didn't order it so we asked why we should have to pay for it.

The staff walked away and rudely said that we wouldn't need to pay for it since it was their mistake.

My wife and I awkwardly start eating and as we are eating the waitress comes back again and rudely without asking if we want to keep the bowl of food she just comes over and says that she will need to take the food away; picks up the bowl and walks away.

Going up to pay was awkward but the waitress did force out a small apology for bringing out the wrong order.

As for the food, the portions were small and the food was bland.

Not coming back and wouldn't recommend coming here.

Update: Thank you for the reply to my comment. Yes as I mentioned in my review you did not charge for the food that was brought out by mistake but that isn't the issue. As I wrote, the issue was how the situation was handled by our waitress.

As for your point that we didn't touch the food; I'm not sure how you would know that we didn't touch the food. I watched my wife stick her chop sticks into the bowl and eat some food. We really hope you didn't just throw it out too as that would be super wasteful.

The fact that your reply is an attempt at defending yourself rather than apologizing continues to show your true nature.

Best of luck to...

Just looking at the reply below you can see how the owner treats their staff and customers. Taking money from their waitress because they made a mistake is idiotic. The owner a small Asian Vietnamese lady that gets to handle the cashier is the cheapest you can find, she will nit pick every order and would fight to hold your cash if you decide they messed up a to go order (since you’ll have to pay first) SHE will argue and fight with you in front of everyone just to keep your cash. I would have called the police but it wasted too much time over $10. Portions are tiny, and over all this place is pure rude. I don’t blame the waiters (if there were any that isn’t apart of this corrupted family) I doubt they even hire any due to how cheap they are! Don’t support this restaurant in any case and just go to another pho restaurant nearby!!

Update: First of all, you do not know who I am. So assuming I didn’t pay makes you that much more ignorant. Second, you still cannot accept that you are wrong. Or maybe because in Vietnam scamming, lying, and owners bully customers is a norm. Not in Canada....

I just don't think the quality of ingredients reflects the price this place charges, I've eaten Pho all my life in cities all over the world and I just didn't get that Vietnamese flavour from their sub which is a whopping g $10. There's supposed to be some cold cut meat on this sandwich as well as pickled carrot and cucumber and I don't even know what was on my sub it just tastes like spicy mayonnaise and cilantro.

I also ordered a chicken pho for $12. It was pretty bland and flavorless and the noodles and bean sprouts were placed in a ziplock bag which really grossed me out honestly. This soup should have some quail egg and they cheaped out, there was no egg or onion or anything to give flavour.

My favourite thing to get from a Vietnamese restaurant is a basic bubble tea and they have every flavour but milk tea which is the traditional one I like.

I ordered the mango I didn't really care for it and that $6 I felt like I...
